A vendedora me disse 3 palavras e sumiu, percebi que foi atender celular e não me disse nada. Ngm veio me atender, deu mais de 5 minutos e nada dela voltar. Então resolvi ir embora, pedi pra abrir a porta e ela nem se quer disse nada. Achei um descaso o tratamento!!!
I'm pregnant, I went to the store looking for a hygiene kit to paint at home, distract my head. The saleswoman said 3 words to me and disappeared, I realized she went to answer her cell phone and said nothing to me. Ngm came to meet me, gave more than 5 minutes and none of her return. So I decided to leave, I asked to open the door and she didn't even want to say anything. I found a disregard for the treatment !!!

The attendant is hardworking and friendly, but the lady who is doing the paintings was very rude.

The store really has a lot of diversity in handmade products and the service is very good. The location is also great. I didn't know that Saturday doesn't open.

Pela segunda vez ligo para esse lugar e provavelmente uma senhora muito mal educada atende, se quer tem a capacidade de dar um tchau ou agradecer a ligação por mais que não tivesse o produto que gostaríamos. Só desliga e fica falando com outra pessoa no telefone sem dar o mínimo de atenção para o cliente. Deixam o telefone disponível para que liguemos mas o serviço é terrível. Espero que vocês consigam administrar o atendimento presencial e via telefone pq se continuar desse jeito vocês irão perder vários e possíveis clientes.
