Cheguei a loja no sábado 04/02/2017. Fui super mau atendido, atendente descortés, grossa, mau educada, ainda assim falei sobre a camisa que gostaria de comprar e esta disse logo o preço como se eu não estivesse disposto a pagar. La não volto mais! Se podesse dar zero pra eles....

Acabei de sair da loja, (02/12/2017 - 18:40h), não sei se o rapaz era vendedor ou gerente, cerca de 1,85m, vestindo blusa rosa, foi super arrogante com as pessoas que estavam na fila para pagar, incluindo minha esposa e minha mãe. Elas questionaram a caixa sobre algumas pessoas que estavam passando na frente da fila, pois não estavam entendendo. A caixa informou que, pelo sistema de cartão e nota fiscal estar demorando a processar, quem iria pagar em dinheiro e não exigisse nota fiscal, poderia passar na frente, porém só ficaram sabendo porque questionaram e em nenhum momento foi perguntado para quem estava na fila qual forma seria o pagamento e explicado a situação. Gerou desconforto pois as compras delas iam ser pagas em dinheiro e ficaram esperando desnecessariamente. Minha esposa até argumentou que isso ficava feio pra loja: deixar os clientes desinformados. Daí que o rapaz que, repito, não sei se era gerente ou vendedor, nem usava crachá com identificação se intrometeu na conversa e perguntou: "Feio porque?". Eu disse que era feio porque a gente não compreendia a situação e estávamos em uma condição que poderíamos ser agilizados e não fomos. Com tom arrogante o rapaz disse que se quiséssemos ser atendidos tínhamos que ter paciência. Altamente fora de contexto porque não buscou resolver o caso de maneira simples, ele preferiu dizer que tínhamos que esperar. Ao final, agradecemos, porque somos educados, mas nem um "desculpa qualquer coisa" recebemos.

It generated discomfort because their purchases were going to be paid in cash and they waited unnecessarily. My wife even argued that it got ugly for the store: leaving customers uninformed. That is why the boy who, I repeat, do not know if he was a manager or a salesman, nor wore an identification badge, intervened in the conversation and asked: "Ugly because?". I said it was ugly because we did not understand the situation and we were in a condition that we could be streamlined and we were not. With an arrogant tone the boy said that if we wanted to be served we had to be patient. Highly out of context because he did not try to solve the case in a simple way, he preferred to say that we had to wait. In the end, we are grateful, because we are polite, but we are not even given an "excuse anything".

Fomos ontem por volta da 16:00hs e entramos na loja e sem ser atendido por ninguém, fomos ver os paletos que estavam expostos, tinha até umas opções e meu esposo gostou de um, mas uma moça estava arrumando os paletos e pegamos um na cor que ele queria e ela nos atendeu muito mal, não queria deixar ele experimentar, parece que os paletos estavam ali só pra enfeitar a loja, mas assim mesmo ele experimentou, resumindo meu esposo gostou do paletó, mas pelo mal atendimento e ficamos até constragidos pela má vontadde da vendedora, resolvemos não levar e deixar pra enfeitar a loja... péssimo atendimento, deveria ter um gerente pra instruir seus funcionários ??
