★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimos funcionários, mas péssimos produtos. Falta variedade de peças, tamanhos e estilos. Melhorar o armazenamento e conservação para evitar manchas e sujeira nas roupas da exposição.
 Great employees, but terrible products. Lack of variety of pieces, sizes and styles. Improve storage and conservation to prevent stains and dirt on clothing from the exhibition.

This store is great for buying clothes, I really liked it. Great Prices and Great service from the employees who are totally well educated, as soon as you arrive at the store an employee comes to assist you with all kindness and education. Look note 10 for the store and its employees.

Estive na loja Colombo em Cubatão para efetuar trocas de presentes que o meu pai ganhou que não serviram ou modelo que ele não usa por incomodar. Solicitei a troca por pecas que nao eram similares, a funcionária muito atenciosa comunicou que a política da loja era "troca, apenas de peças iguais ou que eu apresentasse as notas ficais para trocar por peças diferentes". Achei absurda essa política. Como vou solicitar nota fiscal de um presente???! Deixo aqui registrado meu descontentamento com a política de troca da loja.
Good Morning!
I went to the Colombo store in Cubatão to exchange gifts that my father won that didn't fit, or a model that he doesn't use for disturbing me. I requested the exchange for pieces that were not similar, the very attentive employee communicated that the store's policy was "exchange, only the same pieces or that I present the invoices to exchange for different pieces". I found this policy absurd. How will I request invoice for this one ???! I register here my discontent with the store's exchange policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem muita opção, nunca tem números maiores de roupas e as atendentes não atendem muito bem, por diversas vezes optei ir para Praia grande só pela preferência do atendimento. O ar condicionado da loja também é fraco, quando experimentamos as roupas, ficamos suados.
Without much choice, there are never larger numbers of clothes and the attendants do not answer very well, several times I chose to go to Praia Grande just for the preference of care. The shop air conditioner is also poor, when we try on the clothes, we get sweaty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, já tinha comprado as camisas só faltava pagar, passou um rapaz na minha frente e ficaram discutindo sobre passar no cartão ou no cartão fidelidade dele, aguardei e fiquei muito descepcionada, pela falta de respeito comigo e meu marido, não tenho vontade de voltar lá. Mas eu sou uma cliente insatisfeita, que nem serei notada na multidão, mas deixo aqui esse relato!!!
