Porém prometeram a entrega em uma dar a menor a meu pedido pois precisava para um compromisso foi garantido que estaria pronto fui até la na data marcada e não estava pronto fiquei bem frustrado!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra na FMW Camisaria, na loja do Bom Retiro em SP, perguntei ao vendedor caso tivesse que trocar se poderia ser feita na loja em Jundiaí no Maxi Shopping, o vendedor me informou que se fosse pelo mesmo modelo( somente o tamanho), não teria diferença de preço, caso fosse outro modelo teria que pagar a diferença, mesmo que essa diferença de preço fosse maior de uma loja para outra. Fiz a compra de 3 camisas polo e precisei trocar o tamanho de G para GG, na FMW CAMISARIA NO MAXI SHOPPING EM JUNDIAÍ .O vendedor disse que não tinha o tamanho nas cores que eu comprei, escolhi o MESMO MODELO porém de outra cor, o vendedor disse que eu teria que pagar uma diferença de R$40,00 cada camisa. Ora se era o MESMO MODELO COMO EU TERIA QUE PAGAR A DIFERENÇA? Solicitei se podia fazer a troca por outro modelo, pagando a diferença e houve novamente a negativa.
Portanto não recomendo a loja de Jundiaí e nem a franquia FMW.
I made a purchase at FMW Camisaria, at the Bom Retiro store in SP, I asked the seller if I had to exchange if it could be made at the store in Jundiaí at Maxi Shopping, the seller informed me that if it was for the same model (only the size), there would be no price difference, if it was another model, I would have to pay the difference, even if this price difference was greater from one store to another. I bought 3 polo shirts and had to change the size from L to XL, at FMW CAMISARIA NO MAXI SHOPPING IN JUNDIAÍ. The seller said he didn't have the size in the colors I bought, I chose the SAME MODEL but in another color, the seller said that I would have to pay a difference of R$40.00 each shirt. Now if it was the SAME MODEL HOW WOULD I HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE? I asked if I could exchange it for another model, paying the difference and there was a negative again.
So I don't recommend the Jundiaí store or the FMW franchise.
