★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos de qualidade, porém a empresa ainda sofre MUITO para atender as regras de e-commerce, principalmente no que se refere a devoluções de produtos e valores (adquiridos eletronicamente), conforme exigência do código de Defesa do Consumidor. Demoram para restituir valores e trocar produtos.
The quality products, however, the company still suffers A LOT to meet the rules of e-commerce, especially with regard to product and value returns (purchased electronically), as required by the Consumer Protection code. They take time to return values and exchange products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bons produtos, contudo o atendimento poderia ser melhor. Um conhecido comprou um coldre que foi enviado pelo correio, quando chegou não era aquilo que tinha sido contratado e não quiseram efetuar a troca! Se serve de sugestão, quando for fazer o coldre opte em pegar no dia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento pelo whatsapp, atendem quando querem da forma que querem, o telefone fixo está incorreto no site, o endereço esta incorreto no site.
Pessoalmente o atendimento não foi dos melhores também, cheguei pouco antes das 17:00, me pediram pra retornar outro dia, que precisava agendar horário, sendo que não me informaram que tinha que agendar horário nenhum, inclusive mostrei para a moça que me atendeu, enfim, não volto e não indico!
Pelas referências e pelo renome não gostei do material dos coldres, o kydex de péssima qualidade, com valor alto.
minha experiência não foi nada boa, do atendimento on line ao pessoal deixou muito a desejar.
Fica esta crítica para que possam aperfeiçoar atendimento, desejo muito boa sorte!
I did not like the service by whatsapp, they answer when they want the way they want, the landline is incorrect on the website, the address is incorrect on the website.
Personally, the service was not the best either, I arrived just before 5:00 pm, they asked me to return another day, that I needed to schedule an appointment, and they did not inform me that I had to schedule any time, I even showed it to the girl who attended me, Anyway, I won't be back and I don't recommend!
Due to the references and the reputation I didn't like the material of the holsters, the kydex of poor quality, with a high price.
my experience was not good at all, from the online service to the staff left a lot to be desired.
