★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse lugar é pessimo pra fazer exames, a qualidade não é boa, o resultado não sai na hora como em outros lugares. Eles entregam o papel com a senha informando quando vai sair o resultado pela net mas verifico e sempre esta como pendente. O atendimento não é tão bom. Só o que gosto de lá é que tem a cafeteria e a pessoa que atende é super gente boa.
This place is terrible for taking exams, the quality is not good, the result doesn't come out on time like in other places. They deliver the paper with the password informing when the result will come out on the net but I check and it is always pending. The service is not so good. The only thing I like about it is that it has a cafeteria and the person who serves it is super nice people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, a moça que chama pra fazer os exames é mal educada (diferente das atendentes que são educadas), tem uma diferença de atendimento pelo SUS que não é de graça, os exames feitos pelo SUS também são pagos com os impostos recolhidos todos os meses, além de demorar um mês pra sair o resultado de um exame (?) se tiver outra opção vá para outra clínica.
I don't recommend it, the girl who calls for the exams is rude (unlike the attendants who are polite), there's a difference in service by the SUS that is not free, the exams done by the SUS are also paid with the taxes collected every months, in addition to taking a month to get the result of an exam (?) if you have another option, go to another clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, já liguei várias vezes pra saber se o resultado de um exame está pronto, só nos fazem de besta, " ligue tal dia pra saber, ligamos e nada, mandam ligar outro dia" quando ligamos perguntam logo qual é o convênio, se for SUS então, estamos fritos. Dando uma estrela se não, não consigo postar. Mas a nota é 0.
Terrible service, I have called several times to see if the result of an exam is ready, they just make a fool of us, "call that day to find out, we call and nothing, they call another day" when we call they immediately ask what the agreement is, if for SUS then we are fried. Giving a star if not, I can't post. But the grade is 0.

Experiência horrível, não se tem compromisso para cumprir horários e não dá satisfações sobre determinados atrasos, ( SÓ DEU PORQUE FUI EM BUSCA DE INFORMAÇÃO) fui fazer um exame ao qual precisava esta com a bexiga cheia cheguei enchi a bexiga de água e nada do médico chegar, compareci a clínica com pontualidade às 7:00 horas só fui atendida às 9:20 segurando o xixi desde 7:00 horas da manhã, um verdadeiro absurdo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu esposo realizou duas ressonâncias magnéticas no dia 25 de fevereiro. Ele estava sem conseguir andar há quase um mês, fazendo vários exames para tentar descobrir o que tinha. Nós fomos tratados com falta de respeito e rispidez pelas funcionárias que estavam com pressa para fazer o exame para irem embora curtir o feriado de carnaval. O laudo deveria ter saído no dia 04 de março, de acordo com o protocolo, pois o médico ortopedista solicitou o resultado com urgência por escrito. Entretanto, até hoje, 08-03-2022, o resultado não saiu e nenhum funcionário tem previsão de quando ficará pronto. Todos os dias dizem que ficará pronto no final da tarde e nunca fica pronto. Além disso, o telefone fixo da clínica demora para ser atendido e o atendimento pelo whatsapp não responde nossas mensagens. Ficamos um dia inteiro mandando mensagem no WhatsApp e ninguém respondeu. Total falta de respeito com os pacientes. Isso porque pagamos caro pelos exames. Nunca mais eu, meu esposo e nossas famílias, pisaremos nessa clínica.

We were treated with a lack of respect and harshness by the employees who were in a hurry to take the exam to leave to enjoy the carnival holiday. The report should have come out on March 04, according to the protocol, as the orthopedic doctor urgently requested the result in writing. However, until today, 08-03-2022, the result has not come out and no employee has a forecast of when it will be ready. Every day they say it will be ready in the late afternoon and it never is. In addition, the clinic's landline takes a long time to be answered and the whatsapp service does not respond to our messages. We spent a whole day texting on WhatsApp and no one responded. Total lack of respect for patients. That's because we pay dearly for exams. I, my husband and our families will never set foot in this clinic again.
