★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O meu primeiro é último contato com a clínica, foi motivo/causa de profunda dor e frustração, para uma mãe angustiada! Procurei a clínica para avaliação do meu bebê de 5 meses que está com plagiocefalia! A recepcionista ao invés de marcar com a neuro pediátrica, marcou com a neuro adulto! Informou que não podia me ajudar, pois a agenda dela era lotada! Plagiocefalia deve ser tratada o quanto antes, para sucesso do tratamento! Eu aguardava a consulta a quase um mês, super ansiosa! Saí chorando do local e sem atendimento!
My first is the last contact with the clinic, it was a reason/cause of deep pain and frustration for an anguished mother! I went to the clinic to evaluate my 5 month old baby who has plagiocephaly! The receptionist, instead of making an appointment with the pediatric neuro, made an appointment with the adult neuro! She informed that she couldn't help me because her schedule was full! Plagiocephaly must be treated as soon as possible for successful treatment! I've been waiting for the appointment for almost a month, super anxious! I left the place crying and without assistance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria muito de poder avaliar o atendimento da Dra. Joseane Longo, porém nem sequer fomos atendidos por ela para eu pudesse fazê-lo.
Temos ciência de que estamos vivendo em um mundo pandêmico, porém a falta de compreensão da secretária que nos atendeu foi tamanha que optamos por cancelar nossa consulta, mesmo já estando na clínica, e faltando poucos minutos para o nosso atendimento.
Somos pais de um bebê de 2 anos, e que tem questões neurológicas muito específicas, sobre as quais buscamos uma segunda opinião. Mesmo tendo convênio, pelo qual a Dra. Joseane atende, aceitamos a imposição da clínica de que a primeira consulta deveria ser paga como consulta particular.
Consulta agendada há mais de 3 semanas, chegamos à clínica já faltando pouco tempo para o atendimento para evitarmos ficar muito tempo na recepção e fomos informados de que apenas um de nós (minha esposa ou eu) poderíamos acompanhar nosso bebê na consulta.
Minha esposa ainda tentou argumentar de que o caso dele é extremamente específico, e que por isso a secretária avaliasse com mais calma a liberação dos dois acompanhantes, porém ela foi extremamente inflexível.
Explicamos que a recepção estava vazia, e que, por estarmos perto do horário do atendimento, que não haveria aglomeração, e mesmo assim ela não compreendeu.
Informamos à ela que se não pudéssemos entrar os dois juntos do nosso filho, que optaríamos por cancelar a consulta, e ela simplesmente nos dispensou.
Esperávamos encontrar um atendimento humanizado, porém não foi o que encontramos já na recepção.
Por esse motivo, e voltando à primeira linha do meu texto, é que não somos capazes de avaliar o atendimento da Dra. Joseane, que muito possivelmente não foi informada de todos esses detalhes pela recepcionista.
Avalie bem se é esse tipo de atendimento que você busca para você e seus filhos.
I would love to be able to assess Dr. Joseane Longo's care, but we were not even attended to by her so I could do it.
We are aware that we are living in a pandemic world, but the secretary who attended us was so lacking in understanding that we chose to cancel our appointment, even though we were already at the clinic, and there were only a few minutes left for our appointment.
We are parents of a 2-year-old baby who has very specific neurological issues that we seek a second opinion on. Even though we have an agreement, through which Dr. Joseane attends, we accepted the imposition of the clinic that the first consultation should be paid for as a private consultation.
Appointment scheduled for more than 3 weeks, we arrived at the clinic with little time left for the appointment to avoid spending too much time at the reception and we were told that only one of us (my wife or I) could accompany our baby to the appointment.
My wife even tried to argue that his case is extremely specific, and that the secretary would therefore take a more calm look at the release of the two escorts, but she was extremely adamant.
We explained that the reception was empty, and that, as we were close to opening hours, there would be no crowding, and even so she didn't understand.
We informed her that if we could not enter our son together, that we would choose to cancel the appointment, and she simply dismissed us.
We expected to find a humanized service, but this was not what we found at the reception.
For this reason, and going back to the first line of my text, is that we are not able to evaluate the service provided by Dr. Joseane, who quite possibly was not informed of all these details by the receptionist.
Assess carefully if this type of care is what you are looking for for you and your children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente dou uma estrela por não poder dar zero. Não chegamos nem a consultar! Meu bebê tinha um retorno com a dra Joseane. Esperamos muito tempo para mostrar os exames. Meu filho tem suspeita de uma doença rara! Ao chegar, a recepcionista (uma mais senhora, de cabelo branco) EXTREMAMENTE MAU HUMORADA disse que ainda faltava um tempinho para a consulta e que não poderíamos esperar ali. Fomos CONVIDADOS A NOS RETIRAR DO CONSULTÓRIO!! Expliquei que tínhamos ido ao pediatra antes, que fomos direto e que somos de outra cidade. Aleguei ainda que estava com um BEBÊ DE UM ANO!! Mas ela disse que não poderia ficar lá! Como que eu ia ficar com um bebê de 1 ano na calçada, embaixo de um sol de 38º às 2 da tarde?? Que sem noção!! Cancelei tudo e disse que ia embora. Depois que falei que o atendimento dela tinha sido extremamente grosseiro, ela quis me dizer para eu esperar que ia ver se a Dra autorizaria minha permanência lá. Gente!! PELO AMOR DE DEUS!! Isso não é humano!! Como que vamos ficar na rua, com um bebê precisando de cuidados? Péssimo, péssimo! Minha vontade era ter chamado a polícia pra fazer BO!! Se fosse no auge da pandemia, até entenderia. Mas agora? Além de vacinados, estávamos na área externa. Lamentável!
Unfortunately I give a star for not being able to give zero. We didn't even consult! My baby had a comeback with Dr Joseane. We waited a long time to show the exams. My son is suspected of a rare disease! Upon arriving, the receptionist (one more lady, with white hair) EXTREMELY GRUMPY said that there was still a little time for the appointment and that we couldn't wait there. WE ARE INVITED TO REMOVE US FROM THE OFFICE!! I explained that we had gone to the pediatrician before, that we went straight and that we are from another city. I even claimed that I was with a ONE YEAR BABY!! But she said she couldn't stay there! How was I going to be with a 1 year old baby on the sidewalk, under a 38°C sun at 2pm?? How clueless!! I canceled everything and said I was leaving. After I said that her care had been extremely rude, she wanted to tell me to wait and see if the Doctor would authorize me to stay there. People!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!! This is not human!! How are we going to stay on the street with a baby in need of care? Bad, bad! I wanted to call the police to do BO!! If it was at the height of the pandemic, I would understand. But now? In addition to being vaccinated, we were in the outdoor area. Unfortunate!

My husband came in with a very serious stroke, where he would be going into brain death and with the determination of Dr Rafael Sangenis to operate on him today, after 5 months, he is already moving, talking and I believe he will soon be in normal life. Really grateful.
