Depois da resposta abaixo piorou um pouco mais ainda então, pq a pessoa mal educada e sem noção que atende, não deixa de forma alguma a gente falar com o Fabio e inclusive por e-mail se faz passar por ele, e NÃO trocam nada não.... inclusive ameaça a gerar cobrança de produto com defeito e sem troca. Isso esta longe de ser transparência e garantia.
A pity the Fabio had left or being out, buying and trading with him was much more correct and transparent. ... After the answer below it worsened a little more so then, because the rude and uneducated person that attends, does not leave us in any way to talk to Fabio and even by e-mail if it pretends to be, and NOT they exchange nothing ... not even a threat to generate a charge for a defective product and no exchange. This is far from being transparency and guarantee.

Completely unreliable company. They gave me a printer repair service and they don't fulfill the warranty. Run away from this company!
