★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade vai de mal a pior, comprei umas fardas lá recentemente e todas descosturaram com pouco tempo de uso.
Até uma máscara de pano que tenho descosturou.
O mesmo ocorreu com camisetas do 10º que comprei para uma amiga do trabalho.
Sem contar o preço, absurdamente caro.
The quality goes from bad to worse, I bought some uniforms there recently and they all unraveled with little use.
Even a cloth mask I have unstitched.
The same happened with T-shirts from the 10th that I bought for a friend from work.

Após todos os problemas acima, ainda o uniforme comprado veio com mancha na gola e ombreira que não cabe a luva de tecido no novo sétimo. Se propuseram a trocar, mas aproveitando quando fossem pra Pirassununga, sabe-se lá quando, sendo que eu preciso uniforme com urgência por causa da promoção. Após pedir pra mandarem pelo correio, queriam me cobrar o frete, por um erro que eles próprios cometeram, e ainda somente depois que eu enviasse o material que veio errado.
Considerações após resposta da empresa: alegam que ofereceram solução e eu não aceitei. Informação falsa, tendo em vista que a mensagem do whatsapp é bem clara e a atendente me pediu pra enviar a peça, não me deu opção de enviar gratuitamente. Em seguida me pediu o cep pra me passar o valor do frete pra remeter a nova peça. A solução inicial, que não aceitei, foi entrega APENAS QUANDO FOSSEM EM PIRASSUNUNGA, sendo que informei várias vezes que precisava da peça antes do dia da minha promoção em 1° de agosto. Por fim, cansado desse lenga-lenga, e preocupado em não ter o uniforme a tempo para a promoção, falei pra deixar quieto pois eu iria levar em uma costureira local, pra tentar sanar o defeito, e depois tentar lavar novamente e passar um tira manchas, dada a incerteza de solução por parte da empresa. Infelizmente não aprenderam com o erro e estão agora jogando a culpa no cliente. Lamentável.

Unfortunately they didn't learn from the mistake and are now blaming the customer. Unfortunate.
