★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem uma boa estrutura, com um bom estoque e leque de pecas, neste sentido nada a reclamar, mas infelizmente no meu primeiro atendimento, o vendedor não estava em um bom dia, solicitei uma determinada peca, no entanto não tinha todas as especificações e no ato do atendimento o vendedor eu diria que foi 'deselegante' para nao dizer grosso com esta minha dificuldade, poderia ter sido mais solícito, ter me ajudado e nao me 'descartado'. Este feedback nao é para prejudicar a imagem da loja, mas ajudar a loja melhorar seu atendimento. Espero que a loja promova mais treinamentos sobre atendimento, e no futuro espero ser surpreendido positivamente caso eu faça um novo contato. ATUALIZACAO: Fiz uma segunda tentativa, nesta fui bem atendido, aumentei a pontuação, mas fica a dica.

This feedback is not to damage the store's image, but to help the store improve its service. I hope that the store promotes more training on customer service, and in the future I hope to be positively surprised if I make a new contact.
