★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais voltaria na loja CAMPNEUS para fazer qualquer tipo de serviço ou comprar qualquer produto e aconselharei às pessoas que me perguntarem a não passarem nem perto deste lugar.
Se você pensa em fazer algum serviço nessa loja, repense. Não vale a pena! Imagina só se você tem o azar de ter duas porcas em dois carros diferentes presas em parafusos, tendo que quebrar os parafusos?
Total desaprovação e desgosto com o serviço prestado.
Tenho as notas, orçamentos e o parafuso e se o mecânico e a gerente possuem 20 anos de experiência no ramo, eu tenho 12 anos de formado em Direito, e entendo que o prestador de serviços responde civilmente pelos prejuízos que causa ao consumidor.
I would never go back to the CAMPNEUS store to do any type of service or buy any product and I will advise people who ask me not to go anywhere near this place.
If you're thinking of doing some work at this store, think again. Not worth it! Imagine if you are unlucky enough to have two nuts in two different cars attached to screws, having to break the screws?
Total disapproval and disgust with the service provided.
I have the notes, budgets and the screw and if the mechanic and manager have 20 years of experience in the field, I have 12 years of law degree, and I understand that the service provider is civilly liable for the damage it causes to the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento simpático... Serviço nem tanto ...2h30 pra trocar UM pneu e quando entregaram tinha feito errado. Deveria. Ter pelo menos cadeiras para os clientes esperarem sentados.
Friendly service... Service not so much... 2h30 to change ONE tire and when they delivered it was wrong. Should. Have at least chairs for customers to wait seated.
