★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, virou baderna, não tem horário para fechar, barulho sem medida, música altíssima, infelizmente aquilo que poderia ser muito bom para o bairro, virou uma bagunça sem medida e controle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A partir do mês de setembro ,depois da ré inauguração ,pra nós da vizinhança ficou difícil estar aqui ,especialmente sábados e domingos que além dos jogos de futebol ,que antes era de boa ..agora se soma música ao vivo até altas horas .Se você trabalha e quer descansar sábados e domingos não alugue ou compre sua moradia aos redores do CSU , porque vai ser traumático .No prédio a frente do CSU Spa gran Palazzo era muito legal viver aqui porque era muito tranquilo , mas agora desde o mês de setembro de 2021 virou uma grande dificuldade .Sem contar as pessoas que depois de beber no local ficam alegres e xingam a toda a família sem dó. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O campo ficou muito bom, manteve-se o tamanho adequado para a prática esportiva. Possui um bom bar. A área superior ficou muito bem aproveitada. Os vestiários estavam bem limpos e organizados. O banheiro encontrava-se limpo. Tem uma boa área para estacionar.
