★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi um lugar muito bom para a prática de esporte, que no caso seria o futebol. O gramado praticamente somente nas laterais, meio de campo só areia. Mas dá pra rolar a bola, pra quem gosta de treinos fortes, a areia é um excelente exercício. Se algum empresário comprassem esse lugar lata investimento de Gramado sintético, seria uma ótima aquisição, com um bom retorno, pela localização do lugar.
