★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruas limpas,bem iluminadas,tinha guaritas de segurança e segurança e fazendo ronda de moto,pracinhas e áreas verdes e arborizadas estavam bem cuidadas oque chamou minha atenção por que geralmente esses lugares sempre estão mal cuidados. As ruas estavam todas com placas de identificação correta oque facilita muito quando se procura um endereço que era meu caso rs. Os segurança e funcionários das guaritas bem educados e atenciosos oque também geralmente é difícil de encontrar

O bairro é totalmente residencial, silencioso, arborizado e convidativo para um passeio ao entardecer.
Um privilégio quem pode desfrutar de tudo isso. Além de seguro, muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso a principais avenidas, ótimas escolas e farto comércio na redondeza.
