★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom lugar para construir. Embora ainda tenha poucas casas. O bairro é novo e ainda não tem internet chegando em cabo ou fibra. Mas já tem toda infraestrutura básica. Futuramente deve ficar muito bom. Eu moro aqui agora. Não vem bagunçar no bairro que eu chamo a PM... e pra dentro de casa eu sou o advogado, promotor e juiz.
Good place to build. Although it still has few houses. The neighborhood is new and still has no internet coming in cable or fiber. But it already has all the basic infrastructure. It should be very good in the future. I live here now. It doesn't mess up in the neighborhood I call PM ... and inside the house I'm the lawyer, prosecutor and judge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bonito com um por so sol lindo com infra estrutura para moradia.
Porém o parque e a area de lazer que fica no bairro estão abandonados, falta reparo na quadra sem sexta de basquete, e piso danificado, o campo de futebol a grama não existe é um mato e piso irregular a infra estrutura dos brinquedos , dos únicos "dois" para crianças estão danificados,a churrasqueira na area de lazer a qual a administração do Campos do Conde prometeu nunca foi instalada.
E na entrada do bairro temos um ecoponto a qual a prefeitura não está cuidando e virou um verdadeiro Lixão a céu aberto, muitos ratos e animais peçonhentos.
Infelizmente vivemos nessa condição.
The place is beautiful with a beautiful sunset with infrastructure for housing.
However, the park and the leisure area in the neighborhood are abandoned, there is no repair on the basketball court without a basketball, and the floor is damaged, the grass field does not exist, there is a bush and the floor is uneven with the infrastructure of the toys, the only ones "two" for children are damaged, the barbecue in the leisure area that the Campos do Conde administration promised was never installed.
And at the entrance to the neighborhood we have an ecopoint which the city is not taking care of and has become a real open-air dump, many rats and venomous animals.
Unfortunately we live in that condition.

Pena que algumas pessoas ainda usam alguns bairros assimlara descarte de entulhos, infelizmente alguns pontos do bairro com esse lixo.
Quiet place, light environment and with lots of green.
Too bad some people still use some neighborhoods to dispose of rubbish, unfortunately some parts of the neighborhood with this garbage.
