I scheduled a technical visit for air conditioning installation budget. The coach did not attend. Nobody from the company got in touch to talk about what happened. Disrespect for the customer. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a ninguém, pedi um orçamento pra verificar meu ar que só estava ventilando, foi feito um orçamento pra uma simples troca de um capacitor no valor de 150,00, não aceitei efetuar o reparo pois achei muito caro, e para meu espanto o técnico me informou que eu teria que pagar 80,00 pela visita técnica a qual não foi informada no ato do contato por telefone, agora imagina pagar 80,00 e continuar com o ar sem funcionar, não recomendo essa empresa a ninguém.
I do not recommend anyone, I asked for a budget to check my air that was only ventilating, a budget was made for a simple exchange of a capacitor of 150.00, I did not accept the repair because I found it very expensive, and to my amazement the technician informed me that I would have to pay 80.00 for the technical visit which was not informed in the act of the telephone contact, now imagine paying 80.00 and continue with the air not working, I do not recommend this company to anyone.
