★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui encaminhada em outubro/2018 pela seguradora Mapfre para esta oficina, eles não demonstraram interesse algum em me atender e ainda fui tratada com grosseiria pelo dono da loja. O serviço (e/troca de um retrovisor e pintura) não ficou bom, tive que retornar e ate agora estou com dificuldades em resolver o problema que foi causado por um segurado da Mapfre. Serviço mal feito e falta de cortesia com cliente. Esta foi a imagem com a qual fiquei desta empresa. Espero um dia resolver esta situação.
Terrible service, I was referred in October/2018 by the Mapfre insurance company to this workshop, they showed no interest in serving me and I was even treated rudely by the store owner. The service (and/exchange of a mirror and painting) was not good, I had to return and so far I am having difficulties in solving the problem that was caused by a Mapfre policyholder. Poor service and lack of customer courtesy. This was the image I got from this company. I hope one day to resolve this situation.
