★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior imobiliária da região! tentei dar uma chance mas não tem jeito... aluguei um apto e já estou arrependida. LAMENTÁVEL!!!! Entrei em contato para pedir ajuda da imobiliária sobre uma porta de correr da área de serviço e simplesmente disseram que eu tenho que arcar com a retirada do vidro QUE NÃO FOI EU QUE COLOQUEI. A falta de profissionalismo desse lugar é inexplicável, não é atoa que tem diversas avalições ruins!
EDIT: PEDEM PARA LIGAR E NÃO ATENDEM E QUANDO ATENDEM, SÃO SUPER DEBOCHADOS E IGNORANTES!!! Falei com a recepcionista que mais parece uma atendente de call center de TÃO robotizada e falei com a Laysa da coordenação que foi extremamente debochada com a situação e nem se quer me deixava falar direito!!! BELA EQUIPE A CANAÃ TEM... sem profissionalismo NENHUM!
The worst real estate in the region! I tried to give it a chance but there's no way... I rented an apt and I already regret it. UNFORTUNATE!!!! I got in touch to ask the realtor for help about a sliding door in the service area and they simply said that I have to pay for the removal of the glass WHICH I DIDN'T PUT IT ON. The lack of professionalism of this place is inexplicable, it's no wonder that it has several bad reviews!
EDIT: THEY ASK TO CALL AND DON'T ANSWER AND WHEN THEY ANSWER, THEY ARE SUPER DEBOLISHED AND IGNORANT!!! I spoke to the receptionist who looks like a SO robotic call center attendant and I spoke to Laysa from the coordination who was extremely mocked at the situation and didn't even let me speak properly!!! BEAUTIFUL TEAM CANAÃ HAS... without any professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corretor que nunca sabe de nada das coisas, baixissimo índice de resolução de problemas, atendentes pouco solícitas (puxando o gancho também por ser um péssimo lugar para trabalhar, de acordo com ex-funcionários), empresa mega engessada em processos burocráticos e inflexíveis. Enfim, um lixo. Empresa só está de pé por conta da quase obrigatoriedade de se ter uma imobiliária como intermediária nesse ramo de moradia.
Broker who never knows anything about things, very low problem solving rate, unsolicited attendants (pulling the hook also because it is a bad place to work, according to former employees), a mega company stuck in bureaucratic and inflexible processes. Aluguei um apt junto a imobiliária em 2019 e sai em 6 de setembro de 2021.
Hoje já é 20 de novembro e ainda não recebi a devolução do meu seguro depósito de 3 meses que fiz em nome da imobiliária.
2 dias depois que sai, fizeram a vistoria, após isso pediram que fizesse a pintura de algumas paredes que não pegou tinta suficiente. Até aí tudo bem, fizemos uma nova pintura no apt inteiro. Após isso passou mais de uma semana para me retornarem sobre as correções.
Após essas correções, mais esperas e nós passaram que precisaria limpar as portas do apartamento, fomos lá e fizemos toda limpeza.
Sempre precisei cobrar uma posição pois não recebia retorno, nesse segundo pedido de correção, já percebi que estavam literalmente buscando pontos para não liberarem ou erraram na vistoria que podiam ter me passado os ajustes tudo logo após a vistoria.
Após esse período, vieram com o terceiro pedido de ajustes, nessa vez dizendo que segunda pintura não foi aceita pela proprietária. Contratei novos profissionais para fazer a pintura geral e também arrumar uma porta que pediram para restaurar que estava danificada.
Pois bem fizemos tudo.
Isso já em outubro, sem respostas, perguntei quando seria me devolvido meu valor de 3 alugueis.
Dessa vez, falaram que um rodapé estava com uma.ponta danificada, mandei alguém para arrumar.
Pela quarta vez sem respostas, pedi que me retornassem, e agora em novembro, estão inventando que preciso pintar todas as portas, que já foram aprovadas na vistoria, alegam mancha na parede e as paredes estão extremamente bem pintadas, pois fora passadas mais de 6 mãos, e dizem que o gabinete da cozinha que foi colocado após eu entrar pela proprietária, esta desalinhado, (tenho provas em fotos, vídeos e mensagens que mandei quando o profissional instalou esse gabinete todo errado, logo avisei eles pois sabia que poderia ter problemas) esse gabinete não está na vistoria inicial, mesmo que eu estivesse avariado, coisa que não fiz, eles não teriam direito de cobrar isso de mim.

I rented an apt from the real estate agency in 2019 and leaves on September 6, 2021.

After this period, they came with the third request for adjustments, this time saying that the second painting was not accepted by the owner. I hired new professionals to do the general painting and also to fix a door that they asked to restore, which was damaged.
Well, we did everything.
This in October, with no answers, I asked when my value of 3 rents would be refunded.
This time, they said that a baseboard had a damaged edge, so I sent someone to fix it.
For the fourth time with no answers, I asked them to return, and now in November, they are making up that I need to paint all the doors, which have already been approved in the inspection, they claim stain on the wall and the walls are extremely well painted, as more than 6 have been ironed. hands, and they say that the kitchen cabinet that was placed after I entered by the owner, is misaligned, (I have evidence in photos, videos and messages I sent when the professional installed this cabinet all wrong, so I warned them because I knew there could be problems ) this office is not included in the initial inspection, even if I was out of order, which I didn't do, they wouldn't have the right to charge me for it.
