Look for the cheapest location in the neighborhood. Is expensive . Realize that the place lives empty. But there is a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo apenas aos inimigos... seguem os motivos:
- Atendimento lento e sem proatividade com vendedores mais velhos e mal humorados.
- Preços duvidosos (comprei uma peça por um valor 3 vezes a média de mercado)
- Os preços não são visíveis estão apenas no sistema e podem se manipulados dependendo da cara ou pressa do cliente;
- Processo de atendimento lento com papelzinho e código de cada item escrito a mão que pode gerar erro (normalmente a maior);
- Política de troca terrível comprei uma peça que foi o triplo do preço, estava com defeito e quando fui trocar disseram que foi usada ou forçada, mas ora só foi forçada, pois estava com defeito de fabricação.
Enfim... No Jardim Canadá minha recomendação é qualquer outra loja de materiais de construção, menos essa.
Parecem que são treinados cuidadosamente para atender mal os clientes.
I recommend only to enemies ... follow the reasons:
- Slow and proactive service with older and moody salespeople.
- Doubtful prices (I bought a piece for 3 times the market average)
- Prices are not visible, they are only in the system and can be manipulated depending on the face or hurry of the customer;
- Slow service process with paper and code for each handwritten item that can generate an error (usually the biggest);
- Terrible exchange policy I bought a part that was triple the price, it was defective and when I went to exchange it said it was used or forced, but now it was only forced, because it was defective in manufacturing.
Anyway ... In Jardim Canadá my recommendation is any other building materials store, except this one.
They seem to be carefully trained to serve customers poorly.
