Levei meu aparelho apresentando desligamento repentino e esporádico, ou seja, o aparelho funcionava normalmente por vários dias, mas do nada desliga sozinho apresentando dificuldades para ligar novamente, mas sem apresentar perda de carga depois que ligava. De imediato já levantaram suspeita sobre a bateria, mas questionei afirmando que seria difícil uma bateria ruim funcionar as vezes até por uma semana, durando em média 12h por dia sem precisar carregar. Ainda assim deixei o aparelho na assistência por dois dias e o feedback que o técnico me passou foi que realmente o problema era a bateria, porém não tinha uma da mesma lá. Tomei a decisão de comprar outra bateria na internet e fiz a substituição. Resultado: O celular continua apresentando o mesmo problema de desligar repentinamente. Deixei claro que o aparelho funcionava normalmente boa parte do tempo, então tirar a bateria e usar uma fonte que sumula a bateria (que foi o que falaram que fizeram) e o celular funcionar, não significa que "acharam o defeito". Faltou boa vontade do técnico em analisar o que foi descrito por mim e testar os demais componentes, como placa mãe e placa de carregamento do aparelho. Gastei com outra bateria e fiquei no prejuízo!
Technical team very poorly prepared. I took my device with a sudden and sporadic shutdown, that is, the device worked normally for several days, but suddenly it turns off on its own, showing difficulties to turn it on again, but without loss of charge after it turned on. They immediately raised suspicion about the battery, but I questioned it by saying that it would be difficult for a bad battery to work sometimes even for a week, lasting an average of 12 hours a day without having to charge. Still, I left the device in service for two days and the feedback that the technician gave me was that the problem was really the battery, but I didn't have one there. I made the decision to buy another battery on the internet and made the replacement. Result: The phone continues to experience the same problem of suddenly turning off. I made it clear that the device worked normally a lot of the time, so take the battery out and use a source that summons the battery (which is what they said they did) and the cell phone works, it doesn't mean that they "found the defect". The technician lacked goodwill in analyzing what was described by me and testing the other components, such as the motherboard and the device's charging plate. I spent with another battery and was at a loss!
