Importante: Existe uma "rodovia" que é literalmente beira mar, é na areia mesmo, por isso é comum ver veículos andando rápido por ali. Cuidado com crianças e com animais. O acesso à ponta da ilha comprida é de balsa, cerca de R$15,80 para ir (na volta de carro ou travessia a pé não é preciso pagar). Nesse local da ilha, Achamos apenas 2 mercadinhos (bem simples). Por isso é melhor comprar o que for preciso em Cananéia. Você pode deixar o carro estacionado em algum lugar na ilha, e ir a pé para a balsa para não ficar pagando toda hora. Cuidado também com bancos de areia, se seu carro não for 4x4 não arrisque, pode ficar preso... E com maré, que também pode inviabilizar o acesso da "rodovia".
