★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Foi informado um preço do primeiro banho no gato de minha mãe, e na segunda vez a dona disse que era outro valor, mas que faria uma promoção (o valor da primeira vez). Quando minha mãe questionou essa mudança de valor, ela foi extremamente grosseira e arrogante, dizendo até que não indicasse o trabalho dela pra ninguém (porque minha tia levou as duas cadelas por indicação de minha mãe), que minha mãe estava desvalorizando a profissão e que não ia atendê-la nunca mais, a não ser por intermédio de minha tia. Onde já se viu isso, gente? Você ser questionado, e ao invés de manter seu cliente, trata-lo com desdém e respeito 0? Não indico!
