Passaram-se duas horas e o pedido constou como entregue no aplicativo, sendo que não havia recebido nada. Contatei a loja por dois telefones diferentes diversas vezes, mas sem sucesso. Por fim solicitei o reembolso e enviei uma mensagem relatando o problema. Fui respondida após longos minutos dizendo que o bolo ainda estava no forno.
Queriam me entregar o pedido após horas de atraso e cobrar o valor cheio, uma vez que apliquei um cupom no aplicativo.
Péssimo, péssimo. Horrível!
If I could score 0, I would! Lousy service! I placed an order for Rappi with a time limit already carefully for the delivery of the order. Two hours passed and the order was delivered in the application, and he had received nothing. I contacted the store on two different phones several times, but to no avail. Finally I requested a refund and sent a message reporting the problem. I was answered after long minutes saying that the cake was still in the oven.
They wanted to deliver the order to me after hours of delay and charge the full amount, since I applied a coupon in the application.
Lousy, lousy. Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente amooo esse lugar!Sempre que preciso de um bolo para uma ocasião especial já corro para o cardápio deles!Já comi vários e todos são muito gostosos,mas ontem pedi o de meregue de morangos e fiquei sem palavras com a beleza,o capricho e o cuidado de cada detalhe,além do sabor,divino!A massa é muito macia e úmida no ponto certo,a massa não esfarela,os morangos estavam muito doces e todos tinham o mesmo tamanho e cor,os merengues deliciosos, enfim,comeria um bolo desses sozinha kkkk o atendimento é muito atencioso, tanto pessoalmente quanto no telefone/whatsapp.Os preços são bem acessíveis e eles também tem entrega.Amei!
I just love this place! Whenever I need a cake for a special occasion, I go to their menu! I've eaten several and they are all very delicious, but yesterday I ordered the strawberry meringue and I was speechless with the beauty, the whimsy and attention to every detail, in addition to the divine flavor! The dough is very soft and moist at the right point, the dough does not crumble, the strawberries were very sweet and they were all the same size and color, the meringues were delicious, in short, I could eat one cake like that alone kkkk the service is very attentive, both in person and on the phone/whatsapp.The prices are very affordable and they also have delivery.Loved it!
