★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gostaria de saber como fazer para nao haver tanto cachorro desprezado na rua prejudicando as pessoas e sujando as ruas, nao sou contra os animais mas havia de ter maneira de controlar eu acho assim que nao esta bem, moro no bairro industrial , de noite nao da para dormir com tanto latido se poderem controlar essa situaçao obrigada.
I would like to know how to avoid having so many despised dogs on the street harming people and dirtying the streets, I am not against animals but there would have to be a way to control them I think it is not okay, I live in the industrial district, at night it is not possible to sleep with so much barking if they can control this situation thanks.
