Só gostaria de saber que documentos levar e quais são os procedimentos...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que isso deve ser devido aos recursos repassados pela prefeitura, mas a falta de organização e higienização das gaiolas é triste, infelizmente servidores públicos trabalham com o que tem né. Em relação aos funcionários muito educados, simpáticos e demonstram gostar muito dos bichinhos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando ligar há meses todos os Dias pra pedir informações porém não atendem o telefone! Depois de um tempo,tiram do gancho ,! Se eu não der bons tratos ao meu animal sou processada,mas qdo vc precisa deles não tem nem como falar com eles!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro que eles não atendem o telefone, precisei mandar um email para Defesa Animal que me orientou a ligar e agendar um horário, informei que eles não atendiam. Ele pediu que eu passasse meu número que iriam me ligar. De fato me ligaram e agendaram para eu ir hoje 14/04/2022 as 14 horas ao ganil para adotar um gato. Cheguei lá no horário marcado e o local estava fechado e sem ninguém. Esperei por meia hora e ninguém me atendeu. Como sempre tentei ligar e também não atenderam ao telefone.
