★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa experiencia com o canil foi espetacular. Como esse e o nosso primeiro cachorro, o criador nos ajudou a entender sobre a raca e os cuidados necessaries. Thiago, o criador, tambem nos acompanhou durante todo o processo de compra e visitas so veterinario. Juntos fomos ao veterinario para os exames e vacinas necessarias para o filhote. Adicionalmente, fomos bem acessorados nao somente pelo criador, mas como tambem pelo veterinario que trabalha em parceria com o canil. Estamos muito satisfeitos com o otimo servico prestado e pela otima qualidade do nosso filhote shih-tzu. Obrigada pela parceria!
 Our kennel experience was spectacular. As this is our first dog, the breeder helped us to understand about the breed and the necessary care. Thiago, the breeder, also accompanied us throughout the purchase process and visits to the veterinarian. Together we went to the vet for the necessary tests and vaccinations for the puppy. Additionally, we were well advised not only by the breeder, but also by the veterinarian who works in partnership with the kennel. We are very pleased with the excellent service provided and the excellent quality of our shih-tzu puppy. Thank you for the partnership!

We caught a male Maltese puppy at the petcool kennel, we had all the necessary information with Thiago, even how to train for necessities. The puppy is beautiful and super healthy, we are in love.

Depois de muita conversa sobre raças, peguei uma shitzu para a minha mãe. Ela é uma belezinha, super saudável! Ela é maravilhosa! Minha mãe ama de paixão a cachorra. Recentemente, pegamos um bulldog francês que também é maravilhoso! Somos apaixonados por cachorros e queríamos um local que nos desse confiança de que os filhotes são bem tratados. Da p sentir que eles amam cachorros tanto quanto nós. Super indico!
Two years ago, I found Thiago on the internet by sheer luck. He is super friendly and clarified all my doubts. After a lot of talk about breeds, I got a shitzu for my mom. She's a beauty, super healthy! She's wonderful! My mother loves the dog with passion. We recently caught a French bulldog who is also wonderful! We are passionate about dogs and we wanted a place that would give us confidence that puppies are well cared for. You can feel that they love dogs as much as we do. Super recommended!

Foram dadas todas as orientações e inclusive suporte pós-venda. Até hoje (2 meses depois) o Thiago entra em contato para saber como está o Lewis - encaminho sempre fotos e vídeos. Acho importante manter essa troca. Muito obrigada!!
I would like to congratulate the Kennel for taking care of the dogs and, especially, my Lewis, who caught him when he was 2 months old. All orientations and even after-sales support were given. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei duas cadelas com a PetCool e as duas vieram com problemas de pele, giardia e uma delas com ouvidos inflamados. Após algumas conversas com Thiago e Jefferson, tive o valor de R$548,00 reembolsado, valor pago ao veterinário e medicamentos de uma delas (paguei R$4.450 numa maltês que veio com estes problemas). Recomendo pedirem exames completos do animal antes de pegarem, o que inclui hemograma completo, exame de fezes e entender como estão os ouvidos e pele também.
I bought two dogs with PetCool and both came with skin problems, giardia and one with inflamed ears. After some conversations with Thiago and Jefferson, I had the amount of R$548.00 reimbursed, paid to the veterinarian and medication from one of them (I paid R$4,450 in a Maltese that came with these problems). I recommend asking for complete examinations of the animal before picking it up, which includes a complete blood count, fecal examination and understanding of the ears and skin as well.
