★ ★ ★ ★ ★ English: It was a great experience from beginning to end. I don't know why but they gave me the best room in the hotel, I was very happy. The location is perfect, you literally jump from the hotel to the beach sand, they have their own restaurant, bar, swimming pool, pond with koi fish and waterfall, zen area and much more. In the morning they gave me breakfast with a lot more stuff that I can eat (abundance). They are located on the main street which there are many others restaurants if you want. I posted pictures on Yelp to whomever wants to take a look at it. I met the owner, he is an outstanding helpful young fellow. I had a great experience.

Fue una gran experiencia de principio a fin. No sé por qué, pero me dieron la mejor habitación del hotel, estaba muy feliz. La ubicación es perfecta, saltas literalmente del hotel a la arena de la playa, tienen restaurante propio, bar, piscina, estanque con peces koi y cascada, zona zen y mucho más. En la mañana me dieron el desayuno con muchas más cosas que puedo comer (abundancia). Están ubicados en la calle principal, donde hay muchos otros restaurantes si lo desea. Publiqué fotos en Yelp para quien quisiera echarle un vistazo. Conocí al propietario, es un joven excepcional y servicial. Tuve una gran experiencia.

Foi uma ótima experiência do começo ao fim. Não sei porque, mas me deram o melhor quarto do hotel, fiquei muito feliz. A localização é perfeita, você literalmente pula do hotel para a areia da praia, eles têm restaurante próprio, bar, piscina, lago com carpas e cachoeira, área zen e muito mais. De manhã me deram café da manhã com muito mais coisas que posso comer (abundância). Eles estão localizados na rua principal, onde há muitos outros restaurantes, se você quiser. Postei fotos no Yelp para quem quiser dar uma olhada. Eu conheci o proprietário, ele é um jovem companheiro excelente útil. Eu tive uma ótima experiência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui em um aniversário, fim de tarde e o serviço deixou muito a desejar, principalmente a cozinha...foi uma decepção, foi troca de turno e ficamos das 16 as 19 sem cozinha.....teve uma atendente que nos atendeu bem bacana Tainara e tentou remediar os problemas.....o local é sensacional, frente pro mar...e a pousada não conheci....recomendo e creio que irão melhorar esse detalhe....
I went on a birthday, late afternoon and the service left a lot to be desired, especially the kitchen...it was a disappointment, it was a shift change and we stayed from 4pm to 7pm without a kitchen.....there was an attendant who served us well nice Tainara and tried to remedy the problems.....the location is sensational, facing the sea...and I didn't know the inn....I recommend it and I believe they will improve this detail....

Porém, pouca opção de vinhos, só tinha uma Santa Helena no valor de 120,00 a garrafa
Gin veio fraco, mas pedi para refazerem e voltou muito bom.
Acredito que eles precisam encontrar um custo benefício mais acessível, se não, o restaurante não vai sobreviver por muito tempo, preço salgado.
Nice atmosphere and very tasty food, I went to the carnival event and there were many good songs playing.
However, little choice of wines, there was only one Saint Helena worth 120.00 a bottle
Gin came out weak, but I asked for it to be redone and it came back very good.
I believe they need to find a more affordable cost-benefit, otherwise, the restaurant will not survive for a long time, high price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local requintado, drinks sofisticados e parte gastronômica muito gostosa, tem várias opções desde frutos do mar, até aquela picanha no alho uma delícia, equipe muito bem preparada, atendimento super rápido, estadia com uma experiência maravilhosa, praticamente você está dentro da praia, acorda com o som e a brisa das ondas, tem piscina rústica dentro do clube apenas para hóspedes muito linda, pedir um drink se refrescando na piscina eh uma ótima experiência, única, alem do som de violão acústico, sendo tocado pelo japa, ele tocou várias musicas, eh prazeroso demais, na minha opinião você precisa conhecer este pra ter uma experiência surreal e única, tente ir em dias menos cheios, que você terá total atenção dos funcionários, e a rapidez eh maior em tudo, não vi nada negativo ao meu ver, eh normal de ser algumas coisas tipo, no carnaval estava lotado, então eh compreensível algumas demoras

Garçons sem preparo, não sabiam responder perguntas básicas (marca dos gins servidos ou se tinham vinho branco)
Disponibilizam guarda sol mas é preciso esperar pq as 11 da manhã eles já não tem pra fornecer por falta de logística e controle.
Café da manhã com poucas opções, com demora na reposição do itens, pães secos e falta de pegadores para o itens, xícaras sujas na mesa do café. Resumindo SE VALORIZA SEU DINHEIRO BUSQUE OUTRO LOCAL PARA SE HOSPEDAR!
Disastrous experience, poorly organized place, bad service, abusive prices for what is offered, they try to fill the place with day use customers and the guest experience ends up being totally negatively affected, lunch takes 2 hours to be served (plate in the photo ) was served cold and cost 120.00
Waiters unprepared, they didn't know how to answer basic questions (brand of gins served or if they had white wine)
They provide umbrellas but you have to wait because at 11 am they no longer have to provide them due to lack of logistics and control.
Breakfast with few options, with delay in replenishing items, dry breads and lack of tongs for items, dirty cups on the breakfast table. In short, IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a reserva no Booking, recebi mensagem dois dias antes informando que estava tudo certo para me receber e etc, quando cheguei no local a pousada tinha sido desativada para hóspedes há mais ou menos 15 dias, inclusive estava em obras quando cheguei, consegui realocação e reembolso através do suporte do Booking, mas perdi praticamente o dia todo tentando resolver o problema! A pousada é muito bonita ao lado da Praia do Tombo, mas se alguém aqui pensar em passar um período, procure se informar se a pousada ainda está ativa.
I made the reservation on Booking, I received a message two days before informing that everything was ok to receive me and etc, when I arrived at the place the inn had been deactivated for guests for about 15 days, it was even under construction when I arrived, I managed to relocate and refund through Booking support, but I wasted practically all day trying to solve the problem! The inn is very beautiful next to Praia do Tombo, but if anyone here thinks about spending a period, try to find out if the inn is still active.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei por dois dias negociando com o proprietário a minha estadia na pousada para três casais.
Quando fui fazer a transferência dos 50%, para fechar a estadia, o proprietário se lembrou que era uma semana de feriado, e disse que o valor não seria 500 reais mas 1300 a diária.
Perdi outras oportunidades de fechar a diária em outros hotéis pois tinha acordado com o proprietário que ficaria nessa por esses valores e após esse fato, dele mudar os valores, acabei não conseguindo me hospedar em nenhum pois já estavam indisponíveis. O proprietário disse que ia me retornar com um valor melhor, mas estou até agora esperando. Uma pena que essa pousada não honrar o compromisso que faz com os clientes, se antes da hospedagem é assim, imagina o lugar como deve ser.
Detalhe, olhei antes no booking se tinha essa pousada disponível, não tinha, por isso entrei em contato direto com o proprietário. E logo depois de falar comigo ele disponibilizou datas no booking. Entrei aqui para ver os comentários e vi que eles cancelam quando convém, assim fica difícil confiar nesse hotel.
I stayed for two days negotiating with the owner my stay at the inn for three couples.
When I went to make the transfer of the 50%, to close the stay, the owner remembered that it was a holiday week, and said that the value would not be 500 reais but 1300 a day.

It's a shame that this inn doesn't honor the commitment it makes with its customers, if before the accommodation it's like this, imagine the place as it should be.
Detail, I looked before booking if this inn was available, it didn't, so I contacted the owner directly. And soon after talking to me he made dates available on booking. I came here to see the reviews and I saw that they cancel when it suits, so it's hard to trust this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma reserva pelo Booking.com para um fim de semana esse mês, e a Pousada cancelou minha reserva alegando que só estavam realizando casamentos. No entanto, não tem nenhuma informação a respeito nem no site nem no app e o anúncio continua sendo veiculado normalmente. O pior de tudo, foi cobrado de forma imediata a estadia do meu cartão de crédito logo após que fiz a reserva, não respeitando o prazo de cancelamento gratuito e não fizeram o reembolso de forma imediata já que a própria Pousada cancelou minha reserva. Decepção total, ainda estou aguardando o reembolso
I made a reservation through Booking.com for a weekend this month, and the Inn canceled my reservation claiming they were only holding weddings. However, there is no information about it either on the website or in the app and the ad continues to run normally. Worst of all, my credit card was immediately charged for the stay right after I made the reservation, not respecting the free cancellation deadline and they didn't refund immediately since the Pousada itself canceled my reservation. Total disappointment, still waiting for refund
