★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sofri dois sinistros em 2018... fui muito bem atendido...a empresa tem funcionários especializados na área...o processo desenrolou rapidamente e em poucos dias recebi.
Um dos sinistros q sofri, tinha uma multa, e no desenrolar do processo do sinistro, fui informado q poderia pagar a multa ou descontar do valor da indenização...optei pela segunda.....o processo transcorreu é recebi o valor com o desconto da multa.
Eu achei q estava tudo certo, qdo a cerca de 15 dias recebi um comunicado do órgão CADIN sobre a pendência financeira da multa....a seguradora que no caso era a PORTO SEGUROS, ñ pagou a multa....tem mais d 14 meses este ocorrido.
Voltei a falar com a Canola...onde fui prontamente atendido pela srta Gislene q munida das informações q passei, entrou em contato com a seguradora e m posicionou rapidamente....estou no aguardo da resolução final do caso.
I suffered two accidents in 2018 ... I was very well attended ... the company has specialized employees in the area ... the process unfolded quickly and in a few days I received it.
One of the claims I suffered, had a fine, and in the course of the claim process, I was informed that I could pay the fine or deduct the amount of the indemnity ... I opted for the second one ..... the process went on and I received the amount with the fine discount.
I thought it was all right, when about 15 days ago I received a statement from the CADIN body about the financial pending of the fine .... the insurance company in this case was PORTO SEGUROS, ñ paid the fine .... there are more than 14 months this occurred.
I went back to speak with Canola ... where I was promptly attended by Miss Gislene q armed with the information I passed, she contacted the insurance company and positioned me quickly .... I am waiting for the final resolution of the case.
