No mesmo dia 03 falhas desagradáveis de atendimento! Lamentável para um restaurante com 42 anos de experiência!!

Pedimos de entrada uma salada tudo ok, porém no prato principal o filé de frango ressecado e o filé mignhon super duro e seco sendo que foi pedido ao ponto, Reclamamos e foi pedido novo prato no qual veio do mesmo jeito. Diante disto, estou dando minha avaliação e espero que da próxima vez que voltar o problema seja resolvido.
Unfortunately it was not very good in terms of food. We ordered a salad for starters, everything ok, but in the main course, the dry chicken fillet and the super hard and dry filet mignon was ordered to the point, we complained and a new dish was ordered and it came the same way. In view of this, I am giving my evaluation and I hope that the next time I come back the problem will be resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local agradável e atendimento dos garçons excelente, porém a qualidade dos pratos caiu muito pelo valor cobrado. A rúcula da salada murcha e amarelada, medalhão de mignon minúsculo. O filé que acompanha o risoto de funghi parecia mais um carpaccio de tão fino que estava o corte. Pelos valores cobrados precisa melhorar.
Nice place and excellent service from the waiters, but the quality of the dishes dropped a lot for the price charged. The arugula in the salad is wilted and yellowed, a tiny mignon medallion. The filet that accompanies the funghi risotto looked more like a carpaccio because it was so thinly cut. For the prices charged, it needs improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa localização, infraestrutura, segurança, limpeza, organização e atendimento. Jantamos no local, pedimos parmegiana e risoto de limão siciliano. Os pratos estavam ótimos em tudo (apresentação, tempo, tamanho, temperatura e tempero). Não avaliei como cinco estrelas, porque os valores um pouco acima da média (pratos foram acima de R$70,00).
Good location, infrastructure, security, cleanliness, organization and service. We had dinner on site, ordered parmigiana and Sicilian lemon risotto. The dishes were great in everything (presentation, timing, size, temperature and seasoning). I didn't rate it as five stars, because the values were a little above average (dishes were above R$70.00).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da garçonete, sugeriu que o prato de parmegiana viesse dividido já da cozinha porém pedimos 2 pratos e estávamos em 5 pessoas, ou seja, alem dela nao avisar sobre este detalhe, os files eram minusculos e mesmo depois de tanto esperar 1 pessoa da minha família ficou sem o prato e tivemos que fazer mais um pedido, resultado,…. Um desastre um almoço que custou mais de 300 reais ter sido frustrante e estressante, os garçons são péssimos, eles olham pra você chamando e simplesmente te ignoram. A única competente é a moça da recepção simpática r prestativa. Nao recomendo, se você for levar um cliente para um almoço ou jantar de negócios pode acabar passando vergonha. Melhor ir em outro lugar. Qualidade da comida: salgada e sem gosto, principalmente a lasanha que tive que pedir de ultima hora, veio somassa e molho.
Terrible service from the waitress, she suggested that the parmigiana dish come already divided from the kitchen but we ordered 2 dishes and we were in 5 people, that is, in addition to her not warning about this detail, the files were tiny and even after waiting for 1 person from my family didn't have the dish and we had to order one more, result,…. A disaster a lunch that cost more than 300 reais has been frustrating and stressful, the waiters are terrible, they look at you calling and just ignore you. The only competent one is the girl at the friendly and helpful front desk. I don't recommend it, if you're taking a client to a business lunch or dinner you might end up embarrassing yourself. Better go somewhere else. Food quality: salty and tasteless, especially the lasagna that I had to order at the last minute, it came with pasta and sauce.

Pelo preço que cobram, deviam ter vergonha de servir esses pratos.
The great surprise of this lasagna was the piece of plastic that went with the oven/microwave.
For the price they charge, they should be ashamed to serve these dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está longe de ser uma cantina de verdade, apesar da boa apresentação.
Lasanha congelada, salgada, o parmesão padrão é mussarela quase derretida. Também tive problema com um pedaço enorme de plástico no meio do prato... Mas, pelo menos, o gerente do local é muito receptivo e ouviu minhas reclamações. Apesar de mal preparados, os atendentes foram educados comigo.
It is far from being a real canteen, despite the good presentation.
Frozen, salted lasagna, the standard Parmesan is almost melted mozzarella. I also had a problem with a huge piece of plastic in the middle of the plate... But at least the manager of the place is very responsive and listened to my complaints. Despite being poorly prepared, the attendants were polite to me.
