Passou de uma hora, eu retornei e a moça disse que meu pedido já tinha saído, que provavelmente o rapaz já deveria estar chegando. Fiquei esperando mais 30 minutos e nada. Quando retornei a ligação pela TERCEIRA VEZ, um senhor que atendeu e disse para esperar mais 20 minutos porque o pedido nem tinha saído ainda... Resumindo, já são 15:18 e estou aqui esperando a "boa vontade". Primeira e última vez, sou cliente, não estou pedindo favor. Exijo mais respeito!
Bad experience! I placed my order exactly at 13:23, they said the delivery would be made within an hour. After an hour, I returned and the girl said that my order had already left, that the boy should probably be arriving by now. I was waiting another 30 minutes and nothing. When I returned the call on the THIRD TIME, a man who answered and said to wait another 20 minutes because the order hadn't even come out yet ... In short, it's already 3:18 pm and I'm here waiting for "good will". First and last time, I'm a customer, I'm not asking for a favor. I demand more respect!
