★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários totalmente desqualificados,foi passado a compra erroneamente da minha mãe no cartão para um valor bem mais alto,minha mãe voltou na loja e falaram que não tinha como devolver e que teria que ficar como crédito na loja,entrei em contato com a funcionária Danielle e a mesma foi totalmente não profissional no atendimento,grosseira e por incrível que pareça queria argumentar o pq era preciso o estorno do dinheiro,sendo que é direito do consumidor conforme previsto na lei(diante de 1 erro da loja)!péssimo atendimento!!
Totally disqualified employees, my mother's wrong purchase was spent on the card for a much higher amount, my mother returned to the store and said that there was no way to return it and that she would have to stay as a credit in the store, I contacted the employee Danielle and she was totally unprofessional in attendance, rude and oddly enough I wanted to argue why it was necessary to refund the money, since it is the consumer's right as provided by law (in the face of 1 store error)! terrible service !!
