No final, acatamos a primeira sugestão que nos deram e de forma muito eficiente resolveram o problema. Fizeram o que a loja da Apple deveria ter feito e não foi capaz de fazer porque queriam vender outro relógio.
O pessoal do cantinho do iPhone, vendo nossa tristeza com o relógio sem funcionar, resolveu o problema mesmo sem ser a especialidade deles.

My husband needed assistance with the Apple Watch. We were very well received and guided by possible solutions. In the end, we accepted the first suggestion they gave us and very efficiently solved the problem. They did what the Apple store should have done and were unable to do it because they wanted to sell another watch.
The people in the corner of the iPhone, seeing our sadness with the clock not working, solved the problem even though it was not their specialty.

Para completar, meu relógio foi danificado e perdi o aparelho. Eles não quiseram nem me dar um desconto na compra de um novo. Péssimo atendimento!!!!
Very bad service! I left my Apple Watch to change the screen and it took more than a month. They didn't answer my calls or answer. To top it off, my watch was damaged and I lost the device. They didn't even want to give me a discount on the purchase of a new one. Terrible attendance!!!!
