Terrible, I ordered at 12:30 and it's 15:07 and they didn't deliver, they don't answer the phone, anyway, never again.

Único ponto negativo è o horário, por ser comercial.
Se ficasse pelo menos até umas 19hs dava para ir com a família.
Mas mesmo assim está valendo as 5 estrelas.

The only downside is the hours, as it is commercial.

It's a good pastry option in Boituva. Reasonable prices and freshly fried pastries. Good variety. Difficult to park close by. very few tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei as 17:50 e fui receber só as 18:40 pois o funcionário havia esquecido de colocar meu pedido na fila, simplesmente ridículo!!!! A quantia de desorganização do estabelecimento chega ser incrível, e quando cheguei em casa percebi que ainda por cima de tudo erraram meu pedido, minha experiência foi horrível! Se você estiver com pressa ou quiser seu pedido certo, não vá nesse estabelecimento.
I arrived at 5:50 pm and only received it at 6:40 pm because the employee had forgotten to put my order in the queue, simply ridiculous!!!! The amount of disorganization in the establishment is incredible, and when I got home I realized that on top of everything else they got my order wrong, my experience was horrible! If you're in a hurry or want your order right, don't go to this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Pastel é bem gostoso! Porém o atendimento fica desejar, atendente despreparada ! Cheguei 12:20 foi ficar pronto as 13:10 pois a atendente não levou meu pedido até a cozinha. Eu tive que avisar a ela que estava a mais 40 min esperando somente por 1 pastel, sendo que outros clientes que chegaram depois de mim já estavam recebendo seus pedidos ! Falta de respeito.
Fica a dica, pague o pastel só depois de consumilo ! Caso demore vá embora. Pq é muita falta de respeito demorar assim !

Pastel is so delicious! But the service is desired, unprepared attendant! I arrived at 12:20 and it was ready at 1:10 because the attendant didn't take my order to the kitchen. I had to tell her that I was waiting another 40 minutes for only 1 pastel, and other customers who arrived after me were already receiving their orders! Lack of respect.
Here's the tip, pay for the pastel only after consuming it! If you delay, leave. Because it's very disrespectful to take so long!
Disappointed, better go to Soares.
