Vendedor responde mal aos clientes ai piorou a situação, ele diz que nao sei oque estou falando Mas o pior da situação e que sei sim, o atendimento e péssimo, muito caro, sem pontualidade nao recomendo de maneira alguma, o vendedor nao aceita críticas nem mesmo para tentar melhorar, digo tentar pq se for dessa maneira que está agindo, não vai melhorar.
Pessimo service, expensive merchandise, and punctuality is not even mentioned, says it opens at 8 am, but opens at 10 am. Salesman responds badly to customers then the situation worsened, he says I don't know what I'm talking about But the worst of the situation is that I know, the service is terrible, very expensive, without punctuality I do not recommend it at all, the seller does not accept criticism or even to try to improve, I say try because if this is the way you are acting, it will not improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui mal atendida, por isso compro nessa loja só se tiver muita necessidade, além do preço alto, na internet compro o dobro de tecido (da mesma qualidade) e sai mais barato (e com o frete ainda!)
I have always been poorly attended, so I only buy at this store if I have a lot of need, in addition to the high price, on the internet I buy twice as much fabric (of the same quality) and it comes out cheaper (and with shipping still!)
