★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim. Nao fazem encomenda por telefone, apenas por whatsApp. Não informa ao cliente que exigem pagamento adiantado, para a confirmação do pedido. Já comprei por várias vezes e gostei, mas dessa vez o atendimento foi péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Google, informam que o horário de funcionamento no sábado é até 18h, confiei e saí de casa pra comprar, cheguei na porta do City Shopping às 17:28 e o local já estava fechado. Uma falta de respeito, não se prestam a passar as informações corretas ou respeitar o horário informado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os doces experimentados não tiveram defeitos, mas o problema foi o atendimento. Chegamos lá e nos deram os pedidos. Elas entregaram na mesa, mas a embalagem foi dificílima de abrir, as colheres quebraram com menos de 1 minuto usando, a falta de higiene ao colocar a parte de dentro do copo apoiada na garrafa (Que por fora, poderia estar contaminada) e no final, quando pedimos água, o copo estava furado e somente fomos perceber isso quando já havia derramado no chão. Melhorem, assim ficará melhor para todos nós.
The tried sweets had no defects, but the problem was the service. We got there and were given orders. They delivered it to the table, but the packaging was very difficult to open, the spoons broke in less than 1 minute using it, the lack of hygiene when placing the inside of the cup resting on the bottle (Which on the outside, could be contaminated) and in the end , when we asked for water, the glass was punctured and we only noticed it when it had already spilled on the floor. Get better, so it will be better for all of us.

Very whimsical and delicious. We miss the traditional coffee and savory options for snacks. We left the doctor and there was no warmth.
