Dr Herbert is an excellent professional! Super reliable, didactically explains everything about our pets. We took our dogs there for over 10 years. We only have good things to talk about there! The bath and grooming are great, and all the staff very dear. Super recommend it. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive que esperar 1 hora(mesmo com horário agendado) só para ver meu cachorro chorando quando levou um tapa na barriga com a escova de arame. Seguraram meu cachorro de 5 meses por um braço enquanto penteavam ele e gritavam para ele calar a boca. Imediatamente tirei meu cachorro e nunca mais levarei ele lá.
I had to wait 1 hour (even at scheduled time) just to see my dog crying when it was slapped in the belly with the wire brush. They held my 5-month-old dog by the arm as they combed it and shouted for him to shut up. I immediately took my dog and will never take him there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem muita variedade de produtos, porém a loja é bem bagunçada e os produtos ficam empoeirados nas prateleiras. O atendimento é bem ruim, não vi ninguém simpático. Os preços até que são bons, mesmo preço de grandes lojas.
There is a lot of variety of products, but the store is very messy and the products are dusty on the shelves. The service is very bad, I didn't see anyone friendly. Prices are pretty good, same price as big stores.
