Antes de falar que era por telefone fui bem atendida, assim que eu disse que n tinha raça, mudou, não tinha nem mais vaga pra fazer tosa, aliás antes me disse que cão sem raça não faz tosa. Nunca ouvi isso, então quer dizer cão SRD peludo tem que ficar peludo? Nunca tive problemas em outros pet shop referente a isso.
Did not like. I felt a certain prejudice for my dog, because he is a can. Before saying that it was by phone I was well attended, as soon as I said that I had no breed, changed, I had no more place to do grooming. Never heard that, so mean furry SRD dog has to get hairy? I have never had problems in other pet shops regarding this.

We no longer take our dog Luna in this place, despite the bath and grooming staff being thoughtful and competent, the "receptionist" is extremely rude.
