perguntando se estavam dando banho em gatos e se podiam buscar em casa, me responderam que sim e que as 11:30 pegariam. Foram buscar a Luna ao meio dia, quando foi 15:30 perguntei se poderia ir buscar ela e me responderam que estavam secando ela e que as 17 hs deixaria ela em casa. Quando deu 17:04 perguntei onde estava minha bolinha de pêlo, não me responderam, às 17:20 perguntei novamente e não responderam, às 17:43 falei novamente e nada. Liguei diversas vezes e não atenderam, me arrumei e fui até esse pet, chegando lá muito nervosa vi que estavam secando ela naquele momento e ela estava presa por uma coleira. Peguei minha gata e fui terminar de secar em casa. Luna estava tremendo muitooooooo. Nunca mais compro, piso ou levo minhas gatas nesse lugar. Irresponsabilidade define essa empresa.
Yesterday
asking if they were bathing cats and if they could get them at home, they answered yes and that at 11:30 they would catch them. They went to pick up Luna at noon, when it was 3:30 pm I asked if I could pick her up and they answered that they were drying her and that at 5 pm she would leave her at home. When it was 17:04 I asked where my fur ball was, they didn't answer me, at 17:20 I asked again and they didn't answer, at 17:43 I spoke again and nothing. I called several times and they did not answer, I got dressed and went to this pet, getting there very nervous I saw that she was drying at that moment and she was attached by a leash. I took my cat and went to finish drying at home. Luna was shaking veryoooooo. I never buy, floor or take my cats in that place again. Irresponsibility defines this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico, fizeram uma bagunça com a carteira de vacinação de vacinação da minha pet, agora são 3 carteiras pra carregar, a dona combinou comigo q seria organizado em Apenas uma mas mesmo dps de uns 2 meses com as carteirinhas de vacinação em posse do pet shop hoje paguei pela devolução dela (moto táxi) e peguei do mesmo jeito q havia deixado... Perca de tempo e dificuldade pra resolver coisas simples. Não se prontificou em resolver ignorando minhas msgs. Boa sorte pra quem for lá .
I don't indicate, they made a mess with my pet's vaccination card, now there are 3 bags to carry, the owner agreed with me that it would be organized in Only one but even 2 months with the vaccination cards in the pet's possession shop today I paid for her return (motorbike taxi) and got it the same way I had left it... Waste of time and difficulty in solving simple things. Did not volunteer to resolve ignoring my msgs. Good luck to whoever goes there.
