★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como eu dar 0 estrelas pro atendimento eu daria. Falta de respeito e consideração com o paciente oncológico! As atendentes/recepcionistas NÃO atendem o telefone de maneira alguma, além de que o médico pediu para que o pedido de quimioterapia do meu familiar fosse analisado com PRIORIDADE e descobrimos hoje que as atendentes não colocaram a prioridade que foi pedida, assim aguardamos esperando com urgência a liberação do tratamento dele. Muita falta de respeito, um absurdo!!!!!
If I could give 0 stars to the service I would. Lack of respect and consideration for cancer patients! The attendants/receptionists DO NOT answer the phone at all, and the doctor asked for my family member's chemotherapy request to be analyzed with PRIORITY and we found out today that the attendants did not put the requested priority, so we waited urgently the release of his treatment. Much lack of respect, absurd!!!!!
