★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente fiquei 20 minutos esperando parada na porta do prédio no feriado de finados, ao meio dia sem receber satisfações, mandei mensagem avisando, vi q o corretor estava on line, mudou a foto do Whatsapp, mas visualizar minha mensagem, me responder nada. Fui embora sem conhecer o imóvel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senhorita Gabriela, lamento muito pelo fato de não ter conseguido visitar o apartamento, por impedimento da portaria do prédio que não mais permite visitas após as 17 horas, sendo que até então era permitido assim como a maioria dos prédios permitem a visitação até as 18 horas. Trabalho há muitos anos no ramo e, tenho muito apreço pelo meu trabalho. Minha maior satisfação e poder unir o útil ao agradável aos clientes, apresentando - lhes imóveis, para locação ou venda, que atendam suas necessidades e, que estejam dentro das possibilidades financeira do mesmo. Muito me interessa uma critica construtiva mas, não foi o caso, muito pelo contrário, a senhorita fez questão de usar termos ofensivos, com a intensão de prejudicar-me. Lamento profundamente pelo ocorrido, poderíamos ter resolvido civilizadamente. Inclusive tentei ligar mas a senhorita não me atendeu.
Miss Gabriela, I am very sorry for the fact that I was not able to visit the apartment, due to the impediment of the building entrance that no longer allows visits after 5 pm, and until then it was allowed just like most buildings allow visits until 6 pm . I have been working in the business for many years and I have a lot of appreciation for my work. My greatest satisfaction and being able to combine the useful with the pleasant to the clients, presenting them properties, for rental or sale, that meet their needs and that are within the financial possibilities of the same. I am very interested in a constructive criticism, but it was not the case, quite the contrary, you insisted on using offensive terms, with the intention of harming me. I am deeply sorry for what happened, we could have resolved it civilly. I even tried to call but the lady didn't answer me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei informações de um apartamento e corretora Odete me passou outro imóvel, com metragem, localização e valor diferente. Na hora não percebi. Marcamos para conhecer o imóvel as 17h30 e quando chegamos la o zelador não nos deixou entrar e disse que visitas são até as 17h. Quando questionei a corretora do horário ela informou que essa norma mudou faz uma semana, zelador a desmentiu falando que essa norma foi estabelecida ja fazem dois anos. Alem de todo esse transtorno, corretora foi super mal educada e arrogante, alem de se mostrar incapaz de exercer a função.
I asked for information about an apartment and brokerage Odete gave me another property, with different footage, location and value. I didn't realize it at the time. We made an appointment to see the property at 5:30 pm and when we got there the caretaker wouldn't let us in and said that visits are until 5:00 pm. When I questioned the broker about the time, she informed that this rule changed a week ago, a caretaker denied it saying that this rule was established two years ago. In addition to all this inconvenience, the broker was super rude and arrogant, in addition to being unable to exercise the function.
