Fui atendida pela Ana Lúcia e a Morena, mas a princípio marquei com a Beatriz, todas maravilhosas.
Os cabelos são incrivelmente lindos, de excelente qualidade, assim como tudo por lá.
Super recomendo para todas que tiverem interesse...realmente vale à pena!?

Paguei caríssimo em um alongamento, que ficou horrível. Eles não arrumaram e não devolveram meu dinheiro.
Estou até hoje esperando a resposta no reclame aqui.
A área de comunicação deles não tem a menor empatia e preocupação com o cliente depois do pagamento.
Portanto sai no prejuízo.
Se olharem no reclame aqui verão o tanto de reclamações.
Decepcionada.
It's a bad place, I don't recommend it to anyone and I speak badly to anyone who asks.
I paid dearly for a stretch, which was horrible. They didn't fix it and didn't refund my money.
I'm still waiting for the answer in the complaint here.
Their communication area lacks the slightest empathy and concern for the customer after payment.
So it comes out at a loss.
If you look at the advertisement here, you will see a lot of complaints.
Disappointed.

Estou me sentindo desrespeitada da forma como fui conduzida e tratada por vocês.
Trabalho fora todos os dias, como vocês e procurei um encaixe na minha semana para arrumar meu cabelo.
Fui orientada ir na unidade de Moema semana passada, tomei um chá de cadeira de quase 1 hora e sai sem arrumar o cabelo, pois uma "gerente" disse que conseguiria e sinceramente, me parecia que eu estava devendo algo ou ela estava me fazendo algum favor, pois fui tratada com um descaso que preferi ir embora para não me estressar mais do que já estava.
Marquei de ir ai hoje e novamente sai sem arrumar o cabelo, pois não souberam me informar por telefone que não se coloca mais cabelo na hora e sim tem que ser marcado e agendado com antecedência, sendo que fui cliente de vocês e o processo não era assim.
Durante o atendimento, hoje na unidade de Santana, não consegui ao menos saber quanto realmente é a quantidade de 1 kit e meio e a moça que me atendeu, não fez a menor questão de se mover e tentar ajudar.
Já fui cliente e por isso, voltei, mas o atendimento é muito ruim e o descaso com o cliente é maior ainda.
Trabalho com o público e essas coisas acontecem para.me ensinar como NÃO TRATAR NUNCA UM CLIENTE DESSA MANEIRA.
Espero que essa mensagem chegue a algum responsável da empresa, pois cabelo é caro sim, e hoje em dia não dá para perder negócios na mesa de fechamento, por motivos de falta de informação e tratamento com o cliente.
Enfim, precisava falar senão vou explodir.
Ah, pretendo abrir tbem um reclame aqui, por falta de informação e péssimo atendimento.

Good afternoon, Marina and/or someone in charge of this company Capelli Divine...
I'm feeling disrespected in the way I was led and treated by you.
I work out every day like you guys and I looked for a slot in my week to fix my hair.
I was instructed to go to Moema's unit last week, I had tea in a chair for almost 1 hour and left without doing my hair, because a "manager" said she could do it and honestly, it seemed to me that I owed something or she was doing something for me. Please, because I was treated with a neglect that I preferred to leave so as not to stress myself more than I already was.
I made an appointment to go there today and again leave without fixing my hair, as they were unable to inform me by phone that no more hair is put on at the time, but it has to be scheduled and scheduled in advance, as I was your client and the process was not so.
During the service, today at the Santana unit, I couldn't even know how much 1 and a half kit really is, and the girl who attended me didn't make the slightest issue of moving and trying to help.
I used to be a customer and that's why I came back, but the service is very bad and the disregard for the customer is even greater.
I work with the public and these things happen to teach me how to NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER THAT WAY.
I hope that this message reaches someone in charge of the company, as hair is expensive indeed, and nowadays you can't lose business at the closing table, due to lack of information and treatment with the customer.
Anyway, I needed to talk or I'm going to explode.
Ah, I also intend to open a complaint here, due to lack of information and poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima o cabelo n foi que escolhe depois que eu vi comprei cabelo preto agora ficando cor clara, mandei msg pra fazer manutenção e reclamar também até hj n me responderam,pra vender te dão assistência,mas depois já era ,pensam bem antes de ir neste salão que só tem preço.indguinada joguei meu dinheiro fora e n foi pouco.
Bad hair didn't choose after I saw it I bought black hair now it's light color, I sent a message to do maintenance and complain too until today they didn't answer me, they give you assistance to sell, but then it's gone, think well before going to this one salon that only has price. Indguinada I threw my money away and it was little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me venderam um cabelo de má qualidade com falhas absurdas nas fitas em setembro 2021, o cabelo não segurou 20 dias as fitas caíram. Entrei em contato com os responsáveis fui até o salão onde me prometeram trocar. E me informaram que teria que preparar o cabelo e que eles não tinham no momento. Pediram para reagendar a manutenção, reagendei com mais de 1 mês e mesmo assim não tem o cabelo como adquirido e pago. Estou aqui a 4 horas esperando. Absurdo!!! Não recomendo.
I was sold poor quality hair with absurd flaws in the ribbons in September 2021, the hair didn't hold 20 days the ribbons fell out. I got in touch with those responsible and went to the salon where they promised to change. And they informed me that I would have to prepare the hair and that they didn't have it at the moment. They asked to reschedule the maintenance, I rescheduled it with more than 1 month and even so the hair is not as purchased and paid for. I've been waiting here for 4 hours. Absurd!!! I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima! Meu sonho era ter cabelo cumprido, nunca tive devido uma doença autoimune. Paguei caro no cabelo, 3.400 reais, e em cada manutenção gastava uns 400 reais ou mais. A princípio era que eu só ia precisar fazer a manutenção a cada 2 meses, mas já aconteceu de precisar fazer com intervalo de 1 mês. Na hora de tirar meu aplique elas não tinham cuidado com o meu cabelo, danificou muito. E em 8 meses, percebi que o cabelo que eu comprei já não era o mesmo, literalmente. E agora, estou tentando resolver e não me atendem e nem respondem minhas mensagens. Sem contar que é impossível entrar no salão, já que fica em um prédio e precisa de autorização para entrar.
Não recomendo! Péssimo!
