Além de extremamente qualificado e atencioso, Dr. Anderson possui uma clínica com ótimo atendimento, onde as funcionárias são sempre prestativas. Indico 100% a clínica.
I have been a client of Dr. Anderson for some years now, and despite the negative comment from the person below, I am sure that he has been a tremendous bad luck. In addition to being extremely qualified and attentive, Dr. Anderson has a clinic with excellent service, where the employees are always helpful. I indicate the clinic 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei consulta para o meu filho no dia 29/10/2015 as 17h. ele saiu mais cedo da aula pra conseguirmos chegar mas em razao de uma obra na nossa rua chegamos no consultorio as 17:14. Ao me identificar fui informada pela atendente que como estava atrasada eu precisaria esperar pra saber se o paciente das 17h30 chegaria ou nao. Eu falei que gostaria que a dentista Rossana apenas visse o dente e se fosse necessário algum procedimento especial remarcaríamos, uma vez que, aida tinhamos 15 minutos do horario do meu filho disponivel e 15 minutos de tolerancia é aceitavel em qualquer instituição. Só aí fui informada que ela estava atendendo uma outra pessoa que havia marcado no horário das 15:30 mas que não havia chegado. Ou seja, no horário do meu filho, às 17h outra pessoa estava sendo atendida. se eu tivesse chegado lá as 17h teria esperado, mas ela, nao pode nos atender porque chegamos 14 minutos atrasados.
Ainda assim, esperei o procedimento que ela estava fazendo acabar. Neste momento chegou o paciente das 17:30. E exatamente às 17:35 ela ignorou completamente a nossa espera e mandou o paciente das 17:30 entrar. Saimos de lá sem atendimento. Não voltarei. Não indico.
Ambiente maravilhoso. Atendimento ridicularmente amador. Profissionais completamente despreparados para atendimento ao publico. Justiça unilateral (afinal ela estava utilizando o horário que teoricamente seria do meu filho pra atender outra pessoa).
Graças a Deus não existe apenas uma odontopediatra em Recife.
I scheduled an appointment for my son on 10/29/2015 at 5pm. He left school early to make it, but because of a project on our street, we arrived at the office at 17:14. By identifying myself I was informed by the attendant that as I was late I would need to wait to know if the patient at 17:30 would arrive or not. I said that I would like the dentist Rossana to only see the tooth and if any special procedure was needed we would reschedule, since we still had 15 minutes of my child's time available and 15 minutes of tolerance is acceptable in any institution. Only then was I informed that she was answering another person who had called at 3:30 pm but had not arrived. That is, at my son's time, at 17h another person was being attended. If I had gotten there at 5 pm I would have waited, but she can't answer us because we arrived 14 minutes late.
Still, I waited for the procedure she was doing to end. At this time the patient arrived at 5:30 pm. And at exactly 5:35 pm she completely ignored our wait and sent the patient at 5:30 pm to enter. We left without care. I will not be back. I do not indicate.
Wonderful environment. Service ridiculously amateur. Professionals completely unprepared for public service. Unilateral justice (after all she was using the time that theoretically would be my son to meet someone else).
Thank God there is not just one pediatric dentist in Recife.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certamente um dos melhores ortodontistas de Pernambuco, falo isto porque tenho conhecimento técnico para afirmar, porque sou dentista também. Basta dizer que é a ele que confio a boca dos meus dois filhos para tratamento ortodôntico. Se não fosse competente, organizado e atencioso, meus filhos não estariam lá.
Sobre o comentário negativo abaixo, tenho certeza de que se trata de um caso isolado, mas que em nada diminui o profissionalismo e competência de Dr Anderson e sua equipe.
Certainly one of the best orthodontists in Pernambuco, I say this because I have the technical knowledge to say, because I'm a dentist too. Suffice it to say that it is to him that I entrust the mouths of my two children for orthodontic treatment. If I were not competent, organized and considerate, my children would not be there.
About the negative comment below, I am sure this is an isolated case, but it does not diminish the professionalism and competence of Dr Anderson and his team.

Após o tratamento dos meus filhos e encantada com o profissionalismo e competência, realizei um sonho antigo: me submeti a tratamento ortodôntico com o "Invisalign" que iniciei em agosto/2019, o qual já conclui e fiquei muitíssimo feliz com o resultado; Expectativas superadas em estética, praticidade e conforto.

I highly recommend Capistrano Dentistry. Dr.Anderson has already seen my 2 children, referred by their pediatric dentist, for having joint problems. After treating my children and enchanted by their professionalism and competence, I fulfilled an old dream: I underwent orthodontic treatment with the "Invisalign" which I started in August/2019, which I have already completed and I was extremely happy with the result; Exceeded expectations in terms of aesthetics, practicality and comfort.
And after the experience of orthodontic treatment, I was already seen for emergency root canal treatment: perfect! I follow with the whole team, I became Dr. Adriane's patient, as a regular dentist: show!
