★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Capital Câmbio em São Luís tem os valores mais desproporcionais do mercado. Muito mais alto mesmo! Ex: Enquanto em SP o Euro ta 4,48, e em FOR 4,52, aqui ta 4,62. Outro problema constante é o sistema fora do ar na unidade do shopping da Ilha!
Capital Câmbio in São Luís has the most disproportionate values in the market. Much louder indeed! Ex: While in SP the Euro is 4.48, and in FOR 4.52, here is 4.62. Another constant problem is the system down in the shopping center of Ilha!

Sem contar que as taxas e valores cobrados sao absurdos, o pessoal das agencias es extremamente despreparado e arrogante ,em especial a atendente da Capital Cambio no Tropical Shopping es do tipo de pessoa que deveria trabalhar em um lugar sem nenhum tipo de contacto com publico.
Nao recomendaria os servicos da Capital Cambio a meu pior inimigo.
Unfortunately, I have to use what they call services, from Capital Cambio.
Not to mention that the fees and amounts charged are absurd, the agency staff is extremely unprepared and arrogant, especially the attendant at Capital Cambio at Tropical Shopping and is the type of person who should work in a place without any kind of contact with the public.
I would not recommend the services of the Foreign Exchange to my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar moeda estrangeira e o atendente me deixou esperando alguns minutos enquanto falava ao telefone com outro cliente e também ainda estava trocando mensagens. Reclamei e o atendente ainda ficou irritado comigo. Aqui em São Luís é assim, parece que você está pedindo favores e não comprando. Estive lá as 17:30 do dia 26/02. Vamos treinar ou escolher melhor os colaboradores.
I went to buy foreign currency and the attendant left me waiting a few minutes while talking on the phone with another customer and also was still exchanging messages. I complained and the clerk was still annoyed with me. Here in São Luís is like this, it seems that you are asking for favors and not buying. I was there at 17:30 on February 26th. Let's train or better choose employees.
