I researched a lot before closing the tours in Fortaleza, and thank God I found the Capital of the Sun! I did the tour of the 3 beaches, Cumbuco and Lagoinha and they were all sensational, with great guides. I made contact with the owner Fatima, and I was very, very well attended. Super recommend it!
