★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoa imobiliária, se você quer dor de cabeça pra sempre, contrate essa imobiliária, vieram com cobranças absurdas no fim do contrato, depois de milhares de reclamações e após eu reclamar entra na justiça, a cobrança reduziu em mais de 50%, estavam me cobrando 1500 reais de conta de água de um período que eu ainda não morava lá, e mesmo 5 meses após ainda estou tendo problema, não tiraram a conta de luZ do meu nome e estou sendo ameaçado de negativação do nome por conta da incompetência da imobiliária

Fomos bons locatários pagando pontualmente dois aluguéis durante 4 anos, depois que foi anunciado o desejo de venda pelo proprietário, sofremos várias pressões morais da parte da proprietária da imobiliária :
- posicionamento com relação ao interesse de compra antes do prazo legal
- para sair logo da casa sempre fora do prazo legal (falta de informação a respeito da data formal da venda do imóvel)
Complicações para alugar outro imóvel na mesma agência sendo que tudo estava certo com os nossos documentos.
Por causa disso, a gente tomou a decisão de não continuar com eles e de repente, a locação ficou fácil... mas já era tarde.
Do contrário, agradecemos, a Vanessa, a Bruna, a Marina e a Sueli que foram profissionais.
Mesmo assim, não recomendamos esta imobiliária, quase que a gente contratou um advogado.
This property was a torment!
We were good tenants paying punctually two rentals for 4 years after it was announced the desire for sale by owner, suffer several moral pressures on the part of the owner of real estate:
- positioning with respect to the buying interest before the legal deadline
- to just leave the house always after the legal deadline (lack of information regarding the formal date of sale of the property)
Complications to rent another property in the same agency and that all was right with our documents.
Because of this, we took the decision not to continue with them and suddenly, the lease was easy ... but it was too late.
Otherwise, thank you, Vanessa, Bruna, the Marina and Sueli that were professional.
Still, we do not recommend this property, almost we hired a lawyer.

O triste é vc mandar toda a documentação e depois esbarrar nas exigências mirabolantes da gerência, que muitas vezes pratica um discurso totalmente diferente do apresentado pela atendente, dificultando por completo qualquer locação. O que vc deseja realmente, no final das contas, é, mesmo que o imóvel seja o ideal, sair correndo e nunca mais ouvir falar dessa imobiliária, de tanto que te entristece e aborrece. Pelo histórico de avaliações de outros clientes, vejo que o que passei, muitos já passaram. Um atendimento que precisa ser estudado, para servir de exemplo, do que nunca se deve fazer a um cliente...Muito triste. Tomara que os proprietários olhem mais a fundo o seu negócio e possam corrigir a tempo.

What you really want, at the end of the day, is, even if the property is ideal, run out and never hear from that real estate company again, it saddens and bothers you. From the evaluation history of other clients, I see that what I went through, many have already gone through. A service that needs to be studied, to serve as an example, of what should never be done to a customer ... Very sad. I hope that the owners take a closer look at their business and can correct it in time.

Pra entrar é uma benção, pra sair cobram taxas que não existe. Sempre paguei contas de água e força em dia ,vieram cobrar contas pagas,como tinha todos os comprovantes não cai na cilada.
Sem contar que não prestam assistência em nada quando a gente precisa.
Não recomendo nunca!!!!!
Worst real estate ever
To enter is a blessing, to leave they charge fees that do not exist. I always paid water and power bills on time, they came to collect paid bills, as I had all the vouchers, I didn't fall into the trap.
Not to mention that they don't provide assistance in anything when we need it.
Never recommend!!!!!
