★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não tenho experiência alguma ,renovação carteira estou tentando agendar para carteira de arrais amador, paguei a GRU ano passado e até agora nao consigo agendamento, vou tentar ir mais uma vez das tantas que fui, se não conseguir vou encaminhar reclamação formal ao MINISTÉRIO DA GUERRA.
 I don't have any experience, I'm trying to make an appointment for an amateur arral license, I paid GRU last year and so far I can't make an appointment, I'll try to go one more time, if I can't, I'll forward a formal complaint to the MINISTRY OF WAR .

Não fui atendido.
Paguei a GRU desde fevereiro e até agora não consegui agendar.
Tento todos os dias e já liguei para eles várias vezes. A resposta é sempre a mesma. Vai abrir no final do mês.
Terrible.
I was not served.
I paid GRU since February and so far I haven't been able to schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, tentei inúmeras vezes fazer o agendamento para RENOVAR a minha CHA,. Quando chega no final, para finalizar o agendamento, é necessário preencher o CAPTCHA , após preenchê-lo corretamente e com varias alternativas E DEZENAS DE TENTATIVAS, não libera para continuar.
Tentei falar com a Capitania dos Portos de São Paulo umas 15 vezes para solicitar esclarecimentos mas está sempre ocupado. O péssimo atendimento aliado ao desnecessário preenchimento do CAPTCHA , já que outros dados dos usuário foram APROVADOS e confirmados, mostra A CABAL INCOMPETÊNCIA DE QUEM APROVOU O SISTEMA IMPLANTADO PELA MARINHA.
Tirei foto da ultima página inteira onde aparece o CAPTCHA digitado, com os meus dados e da minha reserva, farei uma impressão dela, para provar a qualquer autoridade que me solicitar a habilitação, que houve intenção de renovar a minha CHA , mas o " SISTEMA" da marinha NÃO FUNCIONA.

Horrible, I tried countless times to make the appointment to RENEW my CHA,. When you reach the end, to finalize the appointment, it is necessary to fill in the CAPTCHA, after filling it out correctly and with several alternatives AND DOZENS OF ATTEMPTS, it does not allow you to continue.
I tried to speak with the Port Authority of São Paulo 15 times to ask for clarification but it is always busy. The poor service, together with the unnecessary filling of the CAPTCHA, since other user data were APPROVED and confirmed, shows THE COMPREHENSIVE INCOMPETENCE OF THOSE WHO APPROVED THE SYSTEM IMPLEMENTED BY THE NAVY.
I took a photo of the last full page where the typed CAPTCHA appears, with my data and my reservation, I will make a print of it, to prove to any authority that asks me for the license, that there was an intention to renew my CHA, but the "SYSTEM " from the navy DOESN'T WORK.

e nessas duas passagem, vi o que não é comum o Comandante interagindo com os usuário trocando informações preocupado com os anseios dos usuário e despachantes, quero externa meus cumprimentos e parabenizar a OM pelo AUTO PADRÃO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É lindo ver os navios bem de pertinho.Fui para ver o Logo hopes,navio livraria,mas infelizmente muita gente teve a mesma idéia.
Tinha filas enormes e mal dava pra chegar perto dos livros.
Achei o espaço bem limitado pra tantas pessoas,mas valeu a experiência.
It is beautiful to see the ships very close. I went to see Logo hopes, bookstore ship, but unfortunately many people had the same idea.
It had long lines and you could hardly get close to the books.
I found the space very limited for so many people, but it was worth the experience.
