★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel tem potencial de ser um dos melhores de porto pela grande estrutura que tem, porém, é uma estrutura antiga, precisa de reformas urgente. O atendimento do pessoal é bom, mas deixam a desejar em problemas específicos. Tive problemas com os chuveiros do quarto, não enviaram serviço de quarto mesmo pedindo diversas vezes, não tem interfone nas acomodações. O café da manhã é simples. Resumindo, falta investimento, gestão e organização. Achei que por ser final de ano, tomariam cuidado maior com essas questões, infelizmente não.
 The hotel has the potential to be one of the best in Porto due to the large structure it has, however, it is an old structure, in need of urgent renovations. The service of the staff is good, but they leave something to be desired in specific problems. I had problems with the showers in the room, they did not send room service even though I asked several times, there is no intercom in the accommodations. Breakfast is simple. In short, it lacks investment, management and organization. I thought that because it was the end of the year, they would take greater care with these issues, unfortunately not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar dos funcionários serem muito educados e simpáticos, e ter os animais que são muito bem cuidados (que é um ponto muito positivo) o hotel deixa muito a desejar.
Imundo, desorganizado, chuveiro ruim e sem box, Wi-Fi não pega no quarto nem com reza brava (e no hotel mau tem sinal de operadora), tomadas que não funcionam, ar condicionado super barulhento, sem interfones nos quartos, hotel longe de tudo e os quartos em um geral são péssimos, sujos, encardidos!
Fui pedir uma água e pasmem: só tinha água com gás (que não mata sede de ninguém).
Café com pouca variedade!
Não recomendo de modo algum.
Despite the staff being very polite and friendly, and having the animals that are very well taken care of (which is a very positive point) the hotel leaves a lot to be desired.
Dirty, disorganized, bad shower and no box, Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room even with angry prayers (and the bad hotel has an operator signal), sockets that don't work, super noisy air conditioning, no intercoms in the rooms, hotel far from everything and the rooms in general are terrible, dirty, dingy!
I went to ask for water and amazed: there was only sparkling water (which does not quench anyone's thirst).
Coffee with little variety!
I don't recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hospedei nesse hotel em dezembro e quando escolhi ele eu morri de medo por causa das avaliações e quase desisti, mas quando cheguei lá eu agradeci por não ter desistido.
Que hotel maravilhoso, uma experiência única com os animais, todos os funcionários extremamente prestativos, piscina limpa enorme e de água quentinha. Café da manhã espetacular, com muitas variedades e bem servido, não tem nada de “regulagem” quanto o povo diz nas avaliações. Localização na praia do mutá excelente. Conversei com a equipe que estava ajudando a dar um “up” no hotel e eles foram muitos solícitos comigo, me deram várias dicas de turismo assim como o dono também muito gente boa.
O quarto tinha ar condicionado, as roupas de cama eram trocadas e o quarto limpo bastava deixar a chave na recepção. Quarto bem espaçoso, não tinha nada de cheiro de mofo e era tudo bem limpo.
Volto a dizer que a estrutura do hotel é ótima, é muito grande mesmo!! Basta eles cuidarem mais um pouco da estrutura que o hotel tem um potencial gigante para ser um dos melhores de Porto Seguro.
Por fim, eu amei me hospedar nesse hotel e pretendo retornar mais vezes. Indico pra todo mundo viver essa experiência, basta levar o repelente e sua estadia será perfeita igual a minha.

I stayed at this hotel in December and when I chose it I was scared to death because of the reviews and almost gave up, but when I got there I was grateful for not giving up.
What a wonderful hotel, a unique experience with animals, all the extremely helpful staff, huge clean pool with warm water. Spectacular breakfast, with many varieties and well served, there is nothing "regular" as people say in the reviews. Excellent location on the beach. I talked to the team that was helping to give the hotel a “up” and they were very helpful with me, they gave me several tourist tips as well as the owner is also very nice.
The room had air conditioning, the bedding was changed and the room was clean, just leave the key at reception. The room was very spacious, there was no musty smell and everything was very clean.
I say again that the structure of the hotel is great, it's really big!! If they take care of the structure a little more, the hotel has a huge potential to be one of the best in Porto Seguro.
Finally, I loved staying at this hotel and plan to return more often. I recommend to everyone to live this experience, just take the repellent and your stay will be perfect just like mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at Capitana Hotel, in my opinion was the best holiday I had taken in Brazil, the people from the hotel are very polite and smart, they gave me many information about the city, where to visit, place to shop. It was a wonderful time.
I am thinking of going back to Capitania Hotel, the hotel is very friendly place, I could tasty more about Brazilian culture there, is very clean and tidy. No noise around, I could spend a lot of time on the board of the river, GREAT MOMENTS...
I can not forget Danilo, Jonathan and Jessica, they are from the office in Sao Paulo, and helped me a lot with my book, I just had problem with the mosquitos, but this problem, you may see in every where in Porto Seguro, they are lazy like bahia way so don't worry !
