★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viajamos em grupo de família para Ibiúna e resolvemos comprar o chopp por lá mesmo. Pesquisando na internet encontramos o Capitão Chopp. Experimentamos antes de comprar e o chopp realmente é bom. Entretanto, os problemas começaram depois.
1 – O segundo barril que compramos veio com defeito. Aí foi aquela tentativa de troca, ver se tinha algum erro, o que durou mais de uma hora. Avisada, a empresa chegou e forneceu um novo barril assumindo o problema. Até aí ok.
2 – Em seguida, trocando o gelo da chopeira à gelo, descobrimos que estava vazando chopp pela serpentina. Ou seja, pelo menos dois barris vazando. Baita desperdício. De novo tentamos entender.
3 – Em substituição, foi fornecida uma chopeira elétrica. Assim imaginamos que estaria tudo resolvido. A chopeira era velha e congelava a serpentina. Tínhamos que tirar da tomada, esperar um pouco pra sair e só então religar. Aí, depois de dois dias, simplesmente o bico da chopeira saiu. Foi um festival de chope no chão e em cima de todo mundo. Pelas fotos dá pra ver o estrago. Espero que ninguém passe por isso como nós.
4 – Pra fechar com a cereja do bolo, quando voltamos para São Paulo, fomos fazer a conferência dos gastos e, com a confusão toda, vimos que pagamos seis barris e só recebemos cinco. Contatada, a empresa se recusou a discutir o caso e parou de responder as mensagens. Ou seja, depois disso tudo ainda pagamos um barril a mais!
Enfim, não recomendo e espero que ninguém passe por isso também. Por isso essa avaliação.
PS: temos todos os comprovantes de pagamentos e de pedido por whatsapp.
We traveled as a family to Ibiúna and decided to buy beer there. Searching the internet we found Captain Chopp. We try it before buying and the draft beer is really good. However, the problems started later.
1 – The second barrel we bought was defective. Then there was that exchange attempt, to see if there were any errors, which lasted more than an hour. Advised, the company arrived and supplied a new barrel taking over the problem. Until then ok.
2 – Then, changing the ice from the beer cooler to ice, we found that draft beer was leaking through the coil. That is, at least two barrels leaking. A lot of waste. Again we try to understand.
3 – In replacement, an electric beer cooler was provided. So we imagine that everything would be resolved. The tap was old and froze the coil. We had to unplug, wait a while to get out and then turn it back on. Then, after two days, the tap came out. It was a beer festival on the floor and on top of everyone. From the photos you can see the damage. I hope no one goes through this like we do.
4 – To close with the icing on the cake, when we returned to São Paulo, we went to do the expenses conference and, with all the confusion, we saw that we paid six barrels and only received five. Contacted, the company refused to discuss the case and stopped responding to messages. In other words, after all that, we still pay a barrel more!
Anyway, I don't recommend it and I hope no one goes through that either. Hence this assessment.
PS: we have all payment and order receipts by whatsapp.
