 My upholstery looked terrible, sad, thought of changing but for economic reasons was not in my budget. I hired the services of the Captain Clean Company and the result surprised me, my couch is clean and smelling. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, agendei com um mês de antecedência, confirmaram dois dias antes e no dia nada de chegar ninguém, depois de mandar algumas mensagens me ligaram com mais de uma hora de atraso para avisar que não viriam, disseram que o técnico passou mal e só há um técnico na empresa e ninguém poderia me atender. Como posso reagendar se só há uma pessoa atendendo e se ele não melhorar? Não confiem e não percam o tempo de vocês. Procurem outra empresa.
Terrible, I booked a month in advance, they confirmed two days before and on the day no one arrived, after sending some messages they called me more than an hour late to let me know they wouldn't come, they said the technician got sick and there's only a technician in the company and no one could assist me. How can I reschedule if there's only one person working and he doesn't get better? Don't trust and don't waste your time. Look for another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem comprimento,eles marcam um horário com vc .chega na hora eles falam que aconteceu um imprevisto que vai chegar ,um pouco mais tarde .
Vai dando a hora dele chegar e nada .
Não tem responsabilidade , nem um com o cliente deixa a gente esperando que nem um troxa .
Porém com mais de uma hora de atraso eu mandei mensagem pra falar que não precisava mais vim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço ficou ruim apareceram novas manchas no sofá. Poucas manchas antigas saíram a maioria ficou e o suporte da empresa no pós venda é péssimo. Ignoraram todas as reclamações que fizemos. Não recomendo a ninguém.
The service got bad new stains appeared on the sofa. Few old stains left, most stayed and the company's after-sales support is terrible. They ignored all the complaints we made. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem responsabilidade com o cliente, se eu tivesse visto a quantidade de reclamações no Reclame Aqui, jamais teria contratado. Joguei meu dinheiro no lixo e meu sofá ficou cheio de manchas e mal lavado. Não indico para ninguém. Da para ver os riscos do aspirador, manchas que costumo limpar de forma caseira não foram removidas. Os Puff nem parece que foram “ lavados”. Mandei msg no mesmo dia (14/4/2022) e até agora nenhum retorno.
Company with no responsibility to the customer, if I had seen the amount of complaints on Reclame Aqui, I would never have hired. I threw my money in the trash and my couch was stained and badly washed. I don't recommend it to anyone. You can see the scratches of the vacuum cleaner, stains that I usually clean at home were not removed. The Puffs don't even look like they've been "washed". I sent a message the same day (14/4/2022) and so far no response.
