1-nunca deixe o seu cliente esperando voce terminar de falar da sua fazenda,do que vc tem la, dos seus tratores para depois vir falar com seu cliente,,, foi uma situaçao muito chata,,, fatos assim sao suficientes para nunca mais o cliente voltar na sua loja
2-se o seu ponto comercial nao abre aos sabados,,, configure seus horarios no google maps ja que la é uma das maiores referencias a respeito da sua empresa,,,isto evita que pessoas das cidades vizinhas se desloquem ate a sua empresa em pleno sabado para deparar com as portas fechadas
service, nothing to complain about, but you have to be willing to put your hand in your pocket, but two things:
1-never leave your client waiting for you to finish talking about your farm, what you have there, your tractors and then come and talk to your client,,, it was a very boring situation,,, facts like this are enough to never do it again the customer returns to your store
2- if your commercial point does not open on Saturdays,,, configure your hours on google maps since it is one of the biggest references about your company,,, this prevents people from neighboring cities from traveling to your company in full Saturday to find the doors closed
